Professor Sun Weizheng’s Clinical Experiencein Differentiating And Treating Immune Thrombocytopenia And The Characteristics Of Drug Use

Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of Professor Sun Weizheng in treating primary immune thrombocytopenia by "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform V2.5" and to summarize the characteristics of Professor Sun Weizheng’s medication in the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Selecte patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia who visited the clinic of Professor Sun Weizheng from January 2019 to January 2022.The 71 basic case information after screening is recorded into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform V2.5",and collect case data and conduct statistical analysis to summarize the characteristics of Professor Sun Weizheng’s treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia.Results:By sorting and analyzing the collected clinical data,71 medical cases are screened out.27 symptoms with the frequency higher than 3 times are obtained.There are 36 traditional Chinese medicines whose frequency of use is more than 10 times.The medicinal properties of the medicines are mainly cold accounting for 42.59%.The main five flavors are sweet and bitter,accounting for 83.01%.The meridians are mainly the kidney meridian and the liver meridian,accounting for 21.79% and 17.55% respectively.Distributed in yin deficiency and fire type and qi not absorbing blood type are main syndromes,accounting for 77.46% and 18.31% respectively.Under the "prescription rule",the number of supports was set to 60,and the confidence level was 0.6,and 7 core drugs for the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia were obtained.Under "New Party Analysis",set the correlation degree to 7and the penalty degree to 2,and get 5 groups of new squares.Conclusion:1.Common symptoms of most of the ITP patients belong to Yin deficiency and fire and lack of qi to absorb blood.Removing blood stasis,nourishing yin and reducing fire,nourishing qi and absorbing blood are the main treatment methods of Professor Sun Weizheng.2.Professor Sun Weizheng ’s commonly used medicines for hypertension are cold,warm,and flat;five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;meridian tropism is mainly kidney and liver meridians.3.The core drugs for the treatment of ITP by Professor Sun are Hedyotis diffusa,madder,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Polyporus,Cynomorium,Chinese yam and Cornus;The core drugs for Yin deficiency and Fire Prosperity syndrome add rehmannia glutinosa,Cortex Moutan,Alisma,Poria,Forsythia,and Licorice on this basis;The core drugs for lack of qi to absorb blood syndrome are Astragalus,Baked Licorice,Taizishen,Atractylodes,Angelica,Suanzaoren,Citrus aurantium and Fushen added.
