The Analysis Of Professor Zhou Yabin’s Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:This thesis analyzes and researces the outpatient medical records of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris through data mining technology,and the medication rules of the tutor in the treatment of stable angina pectoris were preliminarily summarized.Methods:The collected medical records were all from the outpatient medical record system of Professor Zhou Yabin,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients’ visiting time was from September 2018 to November 2020.A total of 252 medical records with clear diagnosis,complete data and inclusion criteria were collected.Standardize the medical treatment information and prescription and medication conditions,thus establishing a database.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis were performed on the database data respectively by using Office Excel 2019 and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)software.The drug combinations commonly used by Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris were obtained,and their potential drug rules were analyzed and discussed in this research.Results:1.Among the 252 patients included in this study,118 were male and 134 were femal,whose age stratification was mainly concentrated in 50-69 years old.The most frequently occurring syndrome types in the medical treatment are Qi deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The most frequent symptoms are: palpitations,chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,tiredness,fatigue,etc.2.Of the 252 prescriptions included in this study,157 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,of which the top 12 drugs used are licorice,pinellia,astragalus,codonopsis,tuckahoe,salvia,chuanxiong,and Tuckahoe with pine,Lily,Corydalis,Schisandra,Panax notoginseng.Among them,the medicinal properties are mainly cold,warm,and flat;the medicinal flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent;the main meridians are: lung,spleen,heart,liver,stomach,and kidney meridians;the efficacy category of medicines is tonic deficiency medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,phlegm-relieving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving medicines,heatclearing medicines,extrinsic-relieving medicines,diuresis-dampening medicines,etc.are mainly used.Five groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysisas well as five groups of core drug combinations were extracted by cluster analysis.3.Judging from the prescriptions of the subgroups of TCM syndrome types,there are 131 prescriptions for the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,involving a total of 119 traditional Chinese medicines.Through the analysis of association rules,77 association rules and 8 core drugs are obtained,namely: Astragalus,Codonopsis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Poria,Schisandra,Pinellia,Licorice,Angelica.There are 106 prescriptions for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,involving a total of 122 traditional Chinese medicines.Through association rule analysis,299 association rules,and 8 core drugs which are: Bupleurum,Guizhi,Baishao,Pinellia,Scutellaria,keel,oyster,licorice are obtained.Conclusion:1.The commonly used drugs for the treatment of stable angina pectoris by Professor Zhou Yabin are: Pinellia,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Poria,Salvia,Chuanxiong,Fushen,Lily,Corydalis,Schisandra,Panax notoginseng.2.The properties of the drugs commonly used by Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris are: warm,flat,slightly cold;the flavors of commonly used drugs are sweet,bitter,and pungent;the meridians of commonly used drugs are: lung,spleen,heart,Liver meridian.3.The drugs commonly used by Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris are: tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs.4.Among the 252 patients with stable angina pectoris treated by Professor Zhou Yabin collected in thesis,the most common syndrome is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and nourishing Qi and promoting blood circulation,nourishing the heart and calming the nerves are the common treatments for such patients.
