| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Quxun Decoction combined with moxibustion therapy in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria,and to compare the efficacy with Yupingfeng Granules and Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria.Methods:Among the outpatients,80 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.A total of 4 patients dropped out or were excluded during the treatment process.Therefore,in the end,there were 39 patients in the treatment group and 37 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Quxun Decoction combined with moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Yupingfeng Granules and Runzao Zhiyang Capsules,4 weeks as a course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses of treatment.By comparing the skin lesions distribution,wheal size,itching degree,duration,attack frequency and other observation indicators and symptom total scores before and after each course of treatment in the two groups of patients,and evaluating the safety.Results:1.Observation indicators: There was no significant difference in the skin lesion score table and total symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.The observation indicators in the treatment group after each course of treatment decreased more than those in the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.08%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Safety evaluation: A total of 5 cases of mild adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,which did not have adverse effects on the clinical trial,And the laboratory test indexes of the two groups of patients before and after the test were all within the normal range.indicating that the safety of the two groups was high.Conclusion:1.Fuzheng Quxun Decoction combined with moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria(Qi and blood deficiency type).2.Fuzheng Quxun Decoction combined with moxibustion therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria. |
