| Objective:To explore the effect of Xiao Zheng Wan combined with dydrogesterone on TCRP in patients with blood stasis EPs after surgery,and objectively evaluate the changes of patients’ blood stasis symptoms,menstrual pattern,endometrial thickness and postoperative recurrence,in order to provide a more safe and effective treatment plan for subsequent clinical treatment.Methods:In this study,60 patients who received TCRP in the inpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to June 2021 and were pathologically diagnosed as EPs after operation and consistent with TCM syndrome differentiation as blood stasis syndrome were selected.The patients were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group began to take dydrogesterone tablets twice a day for 10 consecutive days on the 14th day after surgery and the 14th day of menstruation.The treatment group was additionally given Xiao Zheng Wan,one pill once,twice a day,at the same time of dydrogesterone,for 3 menstrual cycles.General data of the patients were collected before surgery,TCM syndromes and menstruation were observed before surgery,3 months and 6 months after surgery,and the results of vaginal ultrasound examination and hysteroscopy examination within 3-5 days after menstruation were recorded.Compared between and within groups,after statistics analysis,to determine the clinical curative effect.Results:1.Total score of TCM symptoms:Compared with the preoperative score,the scores of the two groups were significantly decreased 3 and 6 months after surgery after intervention(P<0.05);The improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was always better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Pictorial blood loss assessment:The PBAC score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more prominent in the treatment group compared with the control group at 3 and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).3.Endometrial thickness:After medication,the endometrial thickness in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly compared with that before surgery(P<0.05),and the control of endometrial thickness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the endometrial thickness in the two groups was thickened to varying degrees after follow-up(P>0.05).4.Total effective rate:89.29%in the treatment group was higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).5.Recurrence of EPs:There was no recurrence in the treatment group 3 months after operation,and 1 case in the control group.6 months after surgery,1 patient in the treatment group relapsed,and 4 patients in the control group relapsed.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Xiao Zheng Wan combined with dydrogesterone and oral dydrogesterone alone have good efficacy for postoperative patients with blood stasis EPs.2.Xiao Zheng Wan combined with dydrogesterone can more effectively improve postoperative blood stasis symptoms and overall menstrual situation of TCRP patients with blood stasis type EPs,inhibit abnormal endometrial proliferation and reduce postoperative recurrence rate.3.No adverse events occurred in the treatment of postoperative patients with blood stasis EPs with Xiao Zheng Wan combined with dydrogesterone.The clinical medication is safe and worthy of further promotion. |
