Objective: To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with pelvic floor biofeedback on female patients with urinary incontinence after stroke. Methods: 74 female patients with urinary incontinence after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by SPSS software,37 cases in each group.Under the conventional treatment of stroke, the control group received pelvic floor biofeedback therapy once a day,and rested for 1day after 6 consecutive days of treatment for 3 weeks in total. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group received warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment once a day,and rested for 1 day after 6 consecutive days of treatment for 3 weeks.Respectively before and after treatment to observe urinary incontinence clinical symptoms scoring criteria,1 hour urine pad experiment, incontinence quality of life rating scale(incontinence quality of life questionnaire,I-QOL)change,detection of two groups of patients Glazer pelvic floor muscles recorded the change of electricity,To evaluate the efficacy. Results: 1.The clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence in the two groups after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P <0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.The decrease of urine leakage in the urine pad test of the two groups after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The I-QOL scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).4.After treatment, the rapid contraction phase, tension contraction stage and endurance contraction stage of pelvic floor surface in both groups were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).5.At the end of treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 75.7%,and that of the treatment group was 89.2%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: 1.Warm acupuncture combined with pelvic floor biofeedback therapy is more effective than single pelvic floor biofeedback therapy in improving urinary incontinence symptoms, urine leakage and activities of daily living in female patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.2.Warm acupuncture combined with pelvic floor biofeedback therapy is superior to single pelvic floor biofeedback therapy in improving pelvic floor surface EMG,increasing rapid contraction, tension contraction and endurance contraction.
