Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney By Warming-unblocking Needling Method Of Beishu Point Acupuncture

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Warming-unblocking Needling Method of Beishu point acupuncture in the treatment of Post-stroke cognitive impairment with spleen and kidney both deficiency,and to seek a good therapeutic effect,convenient and easy to implement for the clinical treatment of Post-stroke cognitive impairment.Method:Sixty patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(deficiency of spleen and kidney)were selected from the fourth Department of acupuncture and moxibustion outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And using a random digital group method,they were segmented into the treatment group with 30 people,the control group with 30 people.The same acupuncture points were taken in both groups.The control group with Mild Reinforcing reducing Method treatment.the treatment group to adopt Warming unblocking Needling Method to the spleen shu、shen shu,and then the same acupuncture treatment as the control group was given.Both groups were treated for 6 days and rested for 1 day.A course of treatment lasted for 14 days,a total of 2 courses.software SPSS24.0 was used to analyze mini-mental state examination scale(MMSE),activity of daily living scale(ADL)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.General data of the two groups before treatment(gender,age,culture level,course of the disease)and MMSE,ADL and TCM symptom integral score of no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Comparison of groups before and after treatment:After treatment,MMSE score,ADL score and TCM syndrome score of 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the patients’ cognitive function,daily living ability and TCM syndromes could be improved in both the treatment group and the control group.3.Comparison between groups after treatment:After treatment,MMSE score,ADL score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the improvement of cognitive function,daily living ability and TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%,higher than the control group total effective rate was 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Warming unblocking Needling Method of Beishu point acupuncture treatment group and Mild Reinforcing reducing Method control group are effective in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment with deficiency of spleen and kidney.2.Warming unblocking Needling Method of Beishu point acupuncture treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the TCM symptoms,daily self-care ability and cognitive function of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment with deficiency of spleen and kidney.
