Clinical Observation Of Resolving Phlegm And Removing Blood Stasis In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm And Blood Stasis) With Hyperuricemia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis)with hyperuricemia,Providing some clinical ideas for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis)with hyperuricemia by integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: This study selected during February 2021 to January 2022 in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular disease is the subject see a doctor and diagnosis of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)60 patients with hyperuricemia,The group was divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,30 cases in each group,control group using western medicine basis of drug therapy,the treatment group was treated with the prescription of removing phlegm and removing blood stasis on the basis of the control group,two groups of treatment cycle is 4 weeks,The changes of TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,angina symptom score,angina pectoris efficacy,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,serum uric acid and other indicators were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.In terms of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the single score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased,Compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased,Compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,and that in the control group was 75.86%.Compared with the control group,the effect of the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In angina symptoms: after treatment,angina symptom scores in both groups were reduced,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00% and that of the control group was 68.97%.The effect of treatment group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate: after treatment,the withdrawal rate of the treatment group was 76.67% and that of the control group was 44.83%.The effect of treatment group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Serum Uric acid:After treatment,serum uric acid levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum uric acid level decreased more significantly in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant scientific significance(P<0.05).conclusion:1.The method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis)with hyperuricemia,effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.2.The method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis can reduce the serum uric acid level in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis)with hyperuricemia.
