Obj ecti ve:A small sample of 90 patients were included in this retrospective study, who were collected by outpatient and inpatient departments and filled in follow-up questionnaires.Selection and disease-free survival in 90 patients with related influencing factors, survival curve drawing and Cox proportional hazards model was constructed to explore influence Ⅰ and Ⅱperiod esophageal squamous cancer effect a radical cure the influence factors of postoperative patients with disease-free surial, and traditional Chinese medicine intervention period and intervention time and blank Ⅰ and Ⅱ period in patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma radical surgery disease-free surgical. To provide powerful reference data for clinical TCM treatment of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:By excluding inclusion criteria,90 patients with stage Ⅰ andⅡ esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated in the oncology outpatient department and inpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine after radical resection from February 10,2012 to February 10,2021 were included.Retrospective information collection and recording were performed for all patients, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS23.0 software.Results:1.General basic data distribution description:patients who rec eived TCM treatment and had disease-free survival of more than one year were mainly characterized by:(1)General information character istics:male,age≥60 years old,no smoking history,no drinking history, and no tumor-related family history.(2)Characteristics of modern medicine:TNM stage was stage Ⅱ A,the primary site was in the middle part, the infiltration depth was in the outer membrane, the degree of differentiation was highly differentiated, the length of the lesion was less than 5cm,and thoracotomy was selected as the surgica 1 method.(3)Characteristics of TCM intervention time:the blank period of TCM intervention was<6 months, and the duration of TCM intervention was>24 months.2.Kaplan-meier test was used to draw single-factor survival curve analysis, and it was found that age, smoking history, drinking history, lesion length, depth of invasion, degree of differentiation, blank period of TCM intervention, and duration of TCM intervention were the main factors influencing patients’disease-free survival. The 3-year and 5-year disease-free survivalal rates of patients can be estimated by survival analysis table.By comparing the average disease-free survival and the pairwise comparison between single-factor groups, the characteristics of the dominant population of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated by traditional Chinese medicine can be roughly outlined:Female patients,aged<6 0 years,no smoking hi story,no drinking history, lesion length<5 cm,infiltration depth in submucosa or muscle layer, high differentiation, blank period of TCM intervention ≤6 months,TCM intervention duration>24 months.3.Cox proportional risk model analysis suggested that patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who had no drinking hi story, infiltration depth in submucosa, received TCM treatment as soon as possible after standardized treatment in Western medicine and intervention duration>24 months could prolong their disease-free survival time and obtain the maximum therapeutic benefit.Conclusion:1.According to Kapl an-Mei er univariate analysis, age, smoking history, drinking hi story, surgical method, invasion depth, lesion length, degree of differentiation, blank period and duration of intervention with Traditional Chinese medicine were the main reasons influencing disease-free survival after radical resection of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.2.Cox proportional risk model analysis suggested that patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who had no drinking hi story, infiltration depth in submucosa, received TCM treatment as soon as possible after standardized treatment in Western medicine and intervention duration>24 months could prolong their disease-free survival time and obtain the maximum therapeutic benefit.
