Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the expression characteristics of serum hepcidin(Hepc)and serum serum ferritin(SF)in patients with lymphoma, analyze their correlation, and explore the role of serum Hepc and SF in clinical symptoms of lymphoma,in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma. Methods:A total of 65 patients with lymphoma diagnosed by pathology and complete data were selected from the Department of Hematology and Oncology Department of the affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for nationalities from October 2019 to October 2021.They were divided into anemia group(n = 22),non-anemia group(n = 43)and control group(n = 45).The clinical data of sex, age, stage, grouping, hemoglobin(Hemoglobin,HB),lactate dehydrogenase(Lactate Dehydrogenase,LDH)and β2-microglobulin(Beta(2)-Microglobulin,β 2-MG)were recorded. The levels of Hepc and SF in all subjects were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and chemiluminescence respectively. To analyze the expression characteristics and clinical significance of Hepc and SF among the three groups.SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze the related data.Results:(1)The levels of serum Hepc(ng/m L)and SF(ng/m L)in the lymphoma group(n = 65)were significantly higher than those in control group(n = 45)(P < 0.001).The levels of serum Hepc and SF in lymphoma anemia group(n = 22)were significantly higher than those in lymphoma non-anemia group(n = 43)and control group(n = 45)(P < 0.001).(2)The level of serum Hepc was negatively correlated with the level of HB in patients with lymphoma complicated with anemia(r =-0.678,P = 0.001),and positively correlated with the level of SF(r = 0.448,P = 0.037),while the level of SF was negatively correlated with the level of HB(r =-0.533,P = 0.011).(3)The levels of serum Hepc and SF in patients with lymphoma in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,with B symptoms, elevated LDH and β 2-MG were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,no B symptoms, normal LDH and β 2-MG.Conclusion:(1)High expression of serum Hepc and SF in patients with lymphoma.(2)The levels of serum Hepc and SF were significantly increased in patients with lymphoma complicated with anemia. The levels of serum Hepc and SF were related to the occurrence and development of lymphoma associated anemia.(3)The expression levels of serum Hepc and SF in patients with lymphoma are related to clinical stage, classification,LDH,β 2-MG and disease severity.
