Obj ective:In this study, the clinical efficacy of Qibai healing oil combined with modified Gubu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers was observed by comparing the changes in TCM syndrome score and local wound status of Qibai healing oil combined with modified Gubu Decoction and Compound Comfrey Oil combined with modified Gubu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods:From December 2020 to January 2022,42 patients were treated in the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria.Patients were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups, with 21 cases in each group. Both groups of patients underwent basic internal medicine treatment and initial debridement, and then took modified Gubu Decoction as prescribed by the doctor, and the treatment group and the control group were treated with Qibai healing oil and compound comfrey oil,and the dressing was changed once a day for a total of 28 days. The patient’s TCM syndrome score and wound information were collected and recorded before treatment,14 days of treatment, and 28 days of treatment.SPSS24.0 was used to compare patients’ TCM syndrome score, wound quantitative score and wound center temperature for statistical analysis.Results:(1)By comparing the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups, the treatment group had a better effect of improving systemic symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time was best when treated for 28 days(P<0.001);(2)By comparing the quantitative wound scores of the two groups, the treatment group improved the local wound state better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time was best when treated for 28 days(P<0.001);(3)By comparing the core temperature of the two groups, the effect of raising the wound temperature in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time was best when treated for 28 days(P<0.001);(4)By comparing the total effective rate of TCM symptoms and local wounds between the two groups, the treatment plan of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Qibai healing oil combined with Gubu Decoction can safely and effectively treat diabetic foot ulcers and improve systemic symptoms, and the effect is better than Compound Comfrey oil combined with Gubu Decoction;(2)Qibai healing oil improves local wound condition better than Compound Comfrey oil.
