Objective: To observe Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with treadmill training on behavioral score,toluidine blue staining sciatic nerve myelinated axon count and HGF/c-Met expression in SD rats after sciatic nerve transection injury,and to explore Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with running.The mechanism of the axon regeneration of peripheral nerve injury promoted by Taiwanese training provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of sciatic nerve injury with Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with treadmill training,and for the repair of peripheral nerve injury.Methods: A total of 180 SD male rats were randomly coded and divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group,treadmill treatment group,Jiaji electroacupuncture group,Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with treadmill group,36 rats in each group.Then they were divided into 3 subgroups according to 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,with 12 animals in each subgroup.Sunderland Ⅴ degree injury model was induced on the left hind limb sciatic nerve of SD rats by suture after amputation.The normal group did not do any intervention,and the model group was placed in a rat cage after modeling and fed normally.Before the formal training,the treadmill group underwent adaptive training for 3 days,and then started formal training after 3 days of successful modeling.After the formal training,the slope of the treadmill is set to 0°,the speed of the treadmill is set to 8m/min for 1 to 3days,12m/min for 4 to 7 days,and gradually adjusted to 15m/min after 7 days of training,and the basic training is from Monday to Saturday.The training time was 6 days per week,with rest on Sunday,and each training session was 30 minutes;the Jiaji electro-acupuncture group was given Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture and combined electro-acupuncture treatment intervention,once a day,20 times a day.Minutes/time;Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with treadmill training group,after successful modeling,first treadmill those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SFI scores of rats in the combined group were higher than those in the model group,and the difference was electroacupuncture combined with treadmill training can improve the SFI score and sciatic nerve myelinated axon count after sciatic nerve dissection and injury,and promote HGF/c-Met in the sciatic nerve and spinal cord.expression,and the combined group was better than the simple Jiaji EA group and the treadmill group.(2)Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with treadmill training promotes nerve regeneration,which may be related to the up-regulation of HGF/c-Met expression in the sciatic nerve and spinal cord,which may be one of the factors that promote the recovery of peripheral nerves after injury.As a neurotrophic factor and angiogenesis factor,HGF may be involved in nerve protection and tissue repair and regeneration after sciatic nerve amputation.
