Clinical Observation Of Lianpu Liwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Spleen Stomach Damp Heat Syndrome)

Objective:This study is mainly to observe the clinical efficacy of Lianpu Liwei Decoction in the treatment of spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of chronic non atrophic gastritis,so as to explore its clinical value and broaden new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:1.80 patients diagnosed as chronic non atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome in the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.2.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Lianpu Liwei Decoction on the basis of conventional Western Medicine(rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsule).The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.3.Observe the TCM syndrome score,mucosal score under gastroscope and recurrence of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome,single score of TCM syndrome,total score and single score of gastroscope observation index between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score changes:after 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 92.11%,and that in the control group was 81.58%;The total score and single score of TCM syndrome in the two groups were improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of changes of gastroscopic observation indexes:after 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of gastroscopy in the experimental group was 89.47%,and that in the control group was 78.95%;The total score and single score of gastroscopy observation indexes in the two groups were improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Recurrence:one month after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 7.89%,and that of the control group was13.16%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with 4 weeks after treatment,the aggravation of symptoms in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,indicating that the improvement of TCM symptoms by adding and subtracting Lianpu Liwei decoction was still better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Lianpu Liwei decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of chronic non atrophic gastritis and reduce the recurrence of symptoms.(2)Lianpu Liwei decoction can effectively improve the endoscopic inflammatory changes of gastric mucosa in patients with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of chronic non atrophic gastritis.
