Clinical Observation Of Tongluo Shengshi Decoction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Wet Compress In The Treatmeat Of Stasis Dermatitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongluo Shengshi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress in the treatment of stasis dermatitis(damp heat and blood stasis syndrome)Methods: Using the random number table method,108 patients whomet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the order of treatment,namely treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group,with 36 cases in each group.A total of 102 patients completed the treatment cycle,including treatment group 1(35cases),treatment group 2(33 cases),and control group(34 cases).Thet reatment group 1 was given oral Tongluo Shengshi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress,the treatment group 2was given oral diosmin combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress,and the control group was given oral diosmin.The clinical efficacy judgment time was 8 weeks.The skin lesion area and severity SDEASI score,pruritus symptom score,DLQI score and adverse reactio ns of the three groups of patients were recorded before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacyand safety of this regimen.Results:1.The SDEASI score,pruritus symptom score and DLQI score of the three groups of patients after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,in terms of SDEASI score,there were statistical differences between treatment group 1 and control group,and treatment group 2 and control group(P<0.05);in terms of itching symptom score,treatment group 1 was compared with control group There was a statistical difference(P<0.05);in terms of DLQI score,there were statistical differences between the treatment group 1 and the control group,and the treatment group 2and the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there were statistical differences among the three groups in SDEASI score,itching symptom score,and DLQI score(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2,and the treatment group 2 was better than the control group.3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group1 was 94.29%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 2 was 90.91%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%.The difference in the total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The results of laboratory examination and mapping electrocardiogram of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were normal.During the treatment,three patients had mild gastrointestinal reactions.After instructing them not to take the drug on an empty stomach,the symptoms were relieved,and the remaining patients had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Tongluo Shengshi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with stasis dermatitis(damp heat and blood stasis syndrome).2.Tongluo Shengshi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress is a safe and effective solution for clinical treatment of stasis dermatitis(damp heat stasis syndrome).
