Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Scrotal Eczema With Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness By External Washing Of Runzao Shebed Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external washing of Runzao Shebed Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type scrotal eczema,and to provide an effective treatment for clinical practice.Methods:In this study,patients with scrotal eczema who visited the dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the order of treatment,72 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was given fang Runzao Shebed decoction for external washing,and the control group was given compound camphor cream for external use.Two groups of patients in the treatment of 4 weeks,visit once every 2 weeks,record the two groups of patients before and after treatment of 4 weeks of the observation indexes,namely eczema severity index(EASI)score,as well as local microbial detection clear situation changes before and after the treatment,use SPSS24.0 statistics software to carry on comparative analysis to two groups of data,the results of efficacy evaluation.Results:1.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups were significantly improved,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,EASI scores in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the severity of skin lesions was significantly improved(P<0.05);The EASI score between the two groups showed a decreasing trend in different degrees,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment,the local microbial detection rate of patients in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,including bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus(SAU)and trichophyllum rubus;The local microbial detection rate between the two groups showed a decreasing trend in different degrees,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Self-designed External washing of Runzao Shebed Decoction in the treatment of scrotal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness has a significant effect,significantly improving the severity index of eczema(EASI)and effectively removing local microorganisms,thus improving the quality of life of patients.2.Self-designed External washing of Runzao Snake Bed Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of scrotal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness.
