Clinical Observation Of Self-made Zishen Zengmo Decoction Combined With Balloon And Artificial Cycle In The Treatment Of Intrauterine Adhesions

Objective: Through clinical research,patients with mild to moderate intrauterine adhesions of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were treated with transcervical resection of adhesions,and postoperative intervention was performed with western medicine(balloon placement in uterine cavity plus artificial cycle)or combined with self-made Zishen Zengmo Decoction.This kind of therapeutic effect will provide more ideas for clinical treatment of IUA in the future.Methods: Collected 64 cases of kidney and blood stasis in patients with mild-to-moderate caused by intrauterine adhesions.They were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and experimental group(32 cases).All patients were treated with anti-infection and artificial cycle therapy(Femoston)after TCRA.The control group was placed intrauterine balloon for7 days after operation.On the basis of the former,the experimental group was given self-made Zishen Zengmo Decoction for 3 menstrual cycles,and all patients were followed up after 3 months of drug withdrawal.The menstrual flow,TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,IUA score,and recovery rate of uterine cavity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect of the combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine and explore its mechanism of action.Result:1.Comparison of menstrual volume: after treatment and during follow-up,the menstrual flow of both groups increased compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment and during follow-up,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 90.35%,which was higher than that in the control group(78.13%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of endometrial thickness: After treatment and during follow-up,the endometrial thickness in both groups increased compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.IUA score under hysteroscopy: After treatment,the uterine cavity morphology of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,and the IUA score was decreased compared with that before treatment.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Uterine cavity recovery rate: After treatment,the total effective rate of uterine cavity recovery in the experimental group was 93.75%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 81.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with intrauterine balloon support plus artificial cycle therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of mild to moderate IUA patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.It can effectively improve menstrual flow,increase endometrial thickness,restore normal uterine cavity to the greatest extent,reduce IUA score,and effectively prevent recurrence of adhesions.According to the TCM syndrome score table,the integrated TCM and Western medicine therapy can significantly improve the menstrual volume and color quality,soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia,forgetfulness,mental fatigue and blood stasis,and the curative effect is obviously better than that of the Western medicine.During the treatment,the patients reported no discomfort and the safety indicators were normal.Therefore,Zishen Zengmo Decoction combined with balloon and artificial cycle therapy can be used as an adjuvant therapy for patients with mild to moderate IUA with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after surgery,providing better prevention of adhesion recurrence.multiple choice.
