The Inpact Of Rou Gan Ning Shen Decotion On Serum DA And NE In Children With ADHD Of Spleen Deficiency And Liver Hyperactivity

Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy and superiority of Rougan Ningshen Decoction through the influence of Rougan Ningshen decoction on TCM symptoms and serum monoamine neurotransmitters of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity).Methods:1.From September 2020 to December 2021,60 children who were admitted to the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.2.The treatment group chose the modified Rou Gan Ning Shen Tang and the control group chose Zhi Qi Granules.The treatment course of this experiment was set as 8 weeks.The general data,TCM syndrome,SNAP-IV scale score and serum monoamine neurotransmitters of the two groups were collected at the beginning and end of the treatment course,and then were statistically analyzed by SPSS24.0.Results:1.Overall efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the comparison between groups(P=0.032<0.05),the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the scores and total scores of main symptoms of the two groups(hyperactivity,lethargy,lethargy,irritability)were reduced(P<0.05),compared with the group after treatment(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect was better;after treatment,the scores and total scores of the two groups(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect was better than that of the two groups(complexion,loss of appetite,poor memory,weight loss,irregular stool).3.Comparison of SNAP scores: After treatment,the SNAP scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups(P<0.05),the effect of the treatment group was better.4.Comparison of serum monoamine neurotransmitters: after treatment,the DA level of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups(P=0.004<0.05),the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;after treatment,the NE level of the two groups increased(P<0.05),the comparison between groups(P=0.001<0.05),the treatment group was better.Conclusion:1.The self-made Rougan Ningshen Decoction is clinically effective in treating ADHD(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity).2.The self-prepared Rougan Ningshen Decoction is superior to the Zhi Qi Granule in improving the core function symptom damage of ADHD(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity)and improving the clinical syndrome of TCM.3.Ruoganning Shentang can improve the level of monoamine neurotransmitter in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity).
