Objective: To find out the specificity of famous doctors’ manipulations through data mining,and quantitatively evaluate the differences in reinforcing-reducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle and manipulation surface emulsion signal for physicians of different ages.Promote acupuncture quantification.Methods: By using ATP-II acupuncture manipulation determination instrument to gather20 times the reinforcing-reducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle of professor Shentian Sun,professor Weibin Gao and low-seniority physicians were randomly selected.Each acquisition is 20 seconds and 800 times manipulation in total.the surface emulsion signal RMS and MF values of the first interosseous dorsal muscle and thumb braces flexor muscle were collected by using a portable surface electromyograph meanwhile.The frequency,amplitude,maximum peak,minimum peak,average value,and discreteness parameters were obtained by the computer’s own software acupuncture method analysis system.The Get Data Graph Digitizer was used to measure the time mean of the upper and lower phases in the waveform graph and calculate the ratio of their rise and fall time.The Xgboost classification model was constructed by Python3.6.0 to find the specificity of the professors’ manipulation.Furthermore,we analyze the correlation between the different senior physicians and quantitatively analyze the parameter otherness of different manipulations,and use SPSS25.0to analyze the surface myoelectricity signal data.Research results:1.Features of two professors: In the Xgboost model of lifting-thrusting reinforcement,the most important feature of two professors is the small amplitude(0.60±0.23、0.75±0.16),followed by the big rise down time ratio,low discreteness,and long rise time.The accuracy rate,precision rate,recall rate,f_score of both excellent models have reached 1.In the Xgboost model of lifting-thrusting reduction,the most important feature of professor Shentian Sun is the fast frequency(55.00±4.62 times /20s),followed by the short rise time,samll amplitude,long down time and low discreteness.The accuracy rate(0.994048),precision rate(0.994085),recall rate(0.994048),f_score(0.993835)of the excellent models have approached 1.The most important feature of professor Weibin Gao is the low discreteness(135.09±34.85),followed by the short rise time,long down time and small amplitude.The accuracy rate,precision rate,recall rate,f_score of the excellent models have reached 1.2.Correlation analysis of different physicians: In the lifting-thrustingreinforcement,The maximum peak is positively correlated with the minimum peak and the average value,the minimum peak is positively correlated with the average,and the downing time is negatively correlated with the rise down time ratio in the three manipulations.The minimum peak is negatively correlated with the amplitude.The amplitude is negatively correlated with the average,the down time,and positively related to the rise down time ratio.The rise time is positively correlated with the rise down time ratio in the Low-seniority physicians.Frequency is negatively correlated with rise time and down time.The minimum peak is negatively correlated with the amplitude.The amplitude is negatively correlated with the average in the professor Shentian Sun.The discreteness is positively correlated with the rise time in the professor Weibin Gao.The differences between their related parameters were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the lifting-thrusting reduction,The maximum peak is positively correlated with the minimum peak and average.The minimum peak is negatively correlated with the amplitude and positively correlated with the average.The rise time is positively correlated with the rise down time ratio in the three manipulations.The maximum peak is negatively correlated with the rise time.The minimum peak is negatively correlated with the rise time.The amplitude is negatively correlated with the average.The average is negatively correlated with rise time.The down time is negatively correlated with t the rise down time ratio in the Low-seniority physicians.Frequency is negatively correlated with rise time and down time.The maximum peak is negatively correlated with the amplitude.The amplitude is negatively correlated with the average.The average is negatively correlated with discreteness in the professor Shentian Sun.Frequency is positively correlated with maximum peak,average.The decline time is negatively correlated with the rise down time ratio in the professor Weibin Gao.The differences between their related parameters were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Reinforcing-reducing manipulation parameters’ differences: Frequency,amplitude,rise time,down time,and rise down time ratio is obviously different in the reinforcingreducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle(P<0.01),the frequency,amplitude and the down time in the lifting-thrusting reduction are bigger.The rise time and the rise down time ratio in the lifting-thrusting reinforcement are bigger(P<0.01).4.Surface electromyography results: There are obviously different between the two professors and the low-seniority physicians in the surface emulsion signal RMS and MF of the first interosseous dorsal muscle and thumb braces flexor muscle when doing reinforcingreducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle.When operating twenty times continuously,professors’ RMS and MF change smoothly compared with low-seniority physicians’ RMS and MF presents downward trend.Conclusion:1.Xgboost model can accurately reflect the specificity of the manipulation,and the manipulation characteristics of different seniority physicians are different.2.ATP-II acupuncture manipulation determination instrument can fully reflect the characteristics of the reinforcing-reducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle.In reinforcing-reducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle,the low-seniority physicians’ parameters are mainly reflected in the time transformation-displacement correlation,the two professors’ parameters are mainly reflected in the time transformationfrequency and discreteness correlation.The characteristics of different senior physicians are different3.The frequency,amplitude,rise time,down time and the rise down time ratio can be used as characteristic parameters to distinguish between the lifting-thrusting reinforcement and the lifting-thrusting reduction.4.In reinforcing-reducing manipulation by lifting and thrusting the needle,the first interosseous dorsal muscle and thumb braces flexor muscle strength of two professors is larger and
