Clinical Observation Of Chaishaotongmai Recipe On Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) And Its Influence On VWF And MCP-1 Levels

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaishao Tongmai Yin on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effect on von willebrand factor(v WF)and monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1).Methods:70 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Chaishao Tongmai Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine.The experimental cycle of both groups was 28 days.Before and after treatment,the symptoms of angina pectoris,curative effect and score of TCM syndrome,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,v WF and MCP-1 levels and safety indexes of patients were observed and recorded.Result:1.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups of angina pectoris was analyzed.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Analysis of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate of the two groups after treatment showed that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Analysis of ECG efficacy of the two groups after treatment showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.Analysis of TCM syndrome efficacy and score of the two groups after treatment showed that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with P values of both less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.Before and after treatment,the changes of v WF and MCP-1 in both groups had some effect,P < 0.05,the differences were statistically significant;After treatment,the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Chaishao Tongmai Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes and angina pectoris symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.2.Chaishao Tongmaiyin can reduce the levels of v WF and MCP-1 in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis).
