| Objective: To observe and analyse the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave with acupuncture in the treatment of heel fat pad inflammation.To observe the changes in clinical outcomes of the patients before and after treatment in terms of relevant clinical scores.To provide a basis for extracorporeal shock wave with acupuncture for the treatment of heel fat pad inflammation.t has also been demonstrated that extracorporeal shockwave combined with acupuncture has better efficacy in the treatment of heel fat pad inflammation.Methods:90patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.A random number table was used to divide the patients into 30 patients treated by extracorporeal shockwave with acupuncture(Treatment Group),30 patients treated by acupuncture(Control Group A)and 30 patients treated by extracorporeal shockwave(Control Group B).Changes in VAS Scores,AOFAS Scores,Maryland Scores,and clinical outcomes were analysed before treatment,and at 1,4 and 12 weeks after the end of treatment for each group.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyse the data and compare the differences in the efficacy of the therapy in each group for this disease.Results:1.VAS Score:The pain VAS scores of the three groups decreased after 1 week,4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment.The difference between the Treatment Group and the Control Group A and Control Group B was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Showing that the Treatment Group results are better than the Control Group A and the Control Group B.2.AOFAS Score: The AOFAS Scores of the three groups of patients after 1week,4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were all higher than before.The patients’ foot function improved.Comparing the three groups of patients,the Treatment Group was better than the Control Group A and the Control Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.Maryland Score: The Maryland Score of the three groups of patients after 1week,4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment was higher than before.The patients’ foot pain was relieved,and the function was improved.Comparing the three groups of patients,the Treatment Group was better than the Control Group A and the Control Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical effective rate was analyzed,and the clinical effective rate of the Treatment Group was higher than that of the Control Group A and the Control Group B.Conclusion:1.Extracorporeal shockwave with acupuncture,extracorporeal shockwave and acupuncture,all three treatment methods have good therapeutic effect on the treatment of heel fat pad inflammation.However,the efficacy of extracorporeal shockwave with acupuncture is significantly better than that of acupuncture than extracorporeal shockwave therapy,and the long-term efficacy is more reliable.2.The clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shockwave with acupuncture in the treatment of heel fat pad inflammation can effectively relieve the symptoms of heel fat pad inflammation producing a sterile inflammatory response and relieve the high stress state of the heel fat pad.To restore the biomechanical balance of the heel to a healthy state for the treatment of heel fat pad inflammation. |
