Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of DKD-CKD3-4 Stage By The Methord Of Bupi Yiqi And Qufeng Huoxue

Objective:To explore and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method of Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue in controlling proteinuria and delaying the progress of DKD-CKD 3-4.Method:All the observed cases in this experiment were from 30 outpatient and ward patients who were diagnosed with DKD-CKD3-4 stage of Pi Shen Kui Xu and Xue Yu type from October 2020 to October 2021 in the Department of Kidney-Five,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Based on the western medicine treatment such as diet control and symptomatic treatment,Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue was given,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.By the method of before and after control,the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examination indexes were observed,and the collected data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the treatment effect.Results: 1.With the method of Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue,the total effective rate of patients with CKD-DKD3-4 stage was 93.3%,of 7 cases(23.3%)were markedly effective,21 cases(70%)were effective,and 2 cases(6.67%)were ineffective.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: With the method of Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue,the total effective rate was 93.3%,the total score was significantly decreased and there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,dull complexion,anorexia,etc have improved.3.Main indicators: Compared with before treatment,24-hour UTP was increasingly decreased,and there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05);serum creatinine and blood uric acid decreased,and the glomerular filtration is higher than before,and there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In comparison with those before treatment serum albumin,urea nitrogen,blood sugar,blood lipids(TG,TC)and blood routine(HB,WBC,RBC,PLT)did not change significantly,and there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).4.There are no abnormal changes in safety observation indexes.Conclusion: 1.The method of Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CKD-DKD3-4 stage of spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.2.The method of Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue can effectively decrease the 24-hour urine protein quantification,blood glucose,serum creatinine,uric acid and increase the glomerular filtration rate in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in DKD-CKD 3-4 stage.That makes better to the renal function.3.The method of Bupi Yiqi and Qufeng Huoxue has no significant abnormal effect on blood lipid,blood routine,liver function and blood sugar.
