| Objective:This study retrospectively to Huangqi chai shao dihaung decoction treatment of depression kidney liver depression syndrome sorts through the clinical data of 106 patients,and analyze its clinical curative effect on the the party and the formula of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Used clinical retrospective analysis,screening on March 1,2011 to March 30,2021 in heilongjiang province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinical psychiatrist and meet eligibility criteria of the hospitalized patients 106 cases,recorded cases of gender,age,course of the disease,diagnosis of inferior general data and HAMD,SDS score and syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy index and traditional Chinese medicine and subtract changes;Compared before and after treatment in patients with HAMD,SDS score changes,before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,and summarizes the analysis formula of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,four,five,belongs to the category rule.Results:1.General information:(1)clinical psychiatrist professor wang keqin outpatient service in March 2011 to March 2021,all 939 patients with depression,among which 113 were diagnosed with kidney liver depression syndrome type person,kidney liver depression syndrome accounted for 12.03%.(2)106 cases,in 19 cases accounted for the highest-60 years old age,and the proportion is 66.04%;In most cases of mild depression,accounted for 54.72%,followed by moderate depression patients,accounted for 42.45%;106 depression patients in the course of the elderly is one year,the shortest for half a month,the average duration of 9.58+/6.79 months;Total 106 patients clinical doctor visits for 1038 times,on average,13.5+/7.542 times the longest 26 times treatment,the shortest 3 times.2.The curative effect of sexual information:(1),106 cases of kidney liver depression syndrome patients after astragalus root wood Que when treatment,among them,10 cases were cured,69 cases of remarkable progress,progress in 16 cases,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 88.68%;(2),106 cases of patients after treatment of HAMD,SDS,integral decline significantly,P<0.05,the difference before and after treatment;(3),106 cases of patients,the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine treatment is invalid in 11 cases,12 cases were cured,is 48 cases had marked effect,35 cases effective,total effective cases of 95 cases,the total effective rate was 89.62%;(4)in 95 cases effective,effective time more concentrated in 6-12 weeks,accounts for about 45.26%;After treatment of TCM syndrome total points and main clinical syndrome were decreased significantly,P<0.01,the differences were statistically significant;3.Use drug formula analysis:(1)in all cases of this study is to use a total of 124 Chinese medicine taste,which in addition to the root of remembranous milk vetch wood Que ground based drugs,when using the rest of the drugs,115,in the 115 herbs used in the frequency of more than 10 times of 40,one of the most frequently used 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)respectively in turn to god eight,Chinese yam,mulberry parasitism,keel,raw oysters,incense,Chinese wolfberry,tuber fleeceflower stem,Fried atractylodes,orange;(2)sets of drug use in 124 TCM:124 TCM formula medicine in the top three of four gas accounted in order yes for warm drugs(40.32%),sexual medicine(37.11%),cold sex medicine(12.90%);Is mixed in the proportion of the highest order is adjuvant(34.96%),symplectic herbs(30.08%),and the bitter medicine(23.17%);To the highest proportion was followed by liver meridian(22.74%),renal(19.45%),spleen by(14.52%);Chinese medicine category accounted for most of four kinds of sequence is:qi drugs(16.93%),Yin medicine(12.09%)and sedative drugs(9.96%),mend angry medicine(8.87%).Conclusion:1.The kidney in patients with liver depression syndrome is given priority to with QingZhongNian depression,depression is given priority to with mild and moderate degree.2.The root of remembranous milk vetch wood Que ground when can significantly relieve kidney liver depression syndrome in patients with sad and sentimental,listlessness,tightness in the chest pain and often about belching,lumbar debility,low sexual desire and other clinical symptoms.3.The root of remembranous milk vetch wood Que when can make kidney liver depression syndrome in patients with HAMD,SDS,integral decreased significantly after treatment.4.The root of remembranous milk vetch wood Que when prescription medicine is given priority to with GanWen,more into the liver,kidney,spleen,kidney liver depression disease treatment with qi and Yin medicine medicine,Chinese medicine category sedative medicine,mend angry medicine mainly. |
