Objective:To construct the evidence-based management scheme of perioperative thoracoscopic hypothermia and evaluate its effect on perioperative patients with thoracoscopic hypothermia and complication rate.Methods:1.Based on the evidence-based theory of perioperative thoracoscopic hypothermia intervention in patients with evidence-based summary and preliminary construction of the program.Search databases at home and abroad,in turn search relevant practice guides, evidence summaries and expert opinions.Subject words, key words and free words are combined to make a systematic and scientific literature retrieval strategy.Using the literature quality evaluation and evidence grading system of JBI evidence-based center, this paper summarizes the evidence-based nursing management scheme for perioperative patients with thoracoscopic hypothermia.2.Through the evidence-based summary of perioperative hypothermia management items, through the group expert meeting act to obtain the initial thoracoscope patients hypothermia management practice program. The initial perioperative hypothermia management protocol was evaluated by delphi method.By25 experts in the China, the Management Plan of Hypothermia for perioperative thoracoscopic patients was obtained. The reliability and representativeness of the perioperative hypothermia management program were demonstrated by using the expert positive coefficient and other evaluation indexes.3.The patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy in the operating room of a third-class hospital from 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using SPSS 25.0,and the control group was given the clinical routine method of keeping warm,The observation group adopted the evidence-based perioperative Hypothermia Management Program. The evaluation indexes were as follows:(1)Compliance and satisfaction of perioperative thoracoscopy patients with evidence-based practices for hypothermia management.(2)Incidence of hypothermia and shivering in patients in chest department of resuscitation room.(3)The time of patients entering the recovery room and the time of recovery.Results:1.Evidence-based practice for perioperative hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery: a review of the evidence entry to obtain 32 best evidence, the final formation includes multidisciplinary team, preoperative hypothermia assessment and management, temperature monitoring,pre-insulation,intraoperative hypothermia management, postoperative hypothermia management, and quality management.2.The effective recovery rate of two rounds of expert letter questionnaire was84%and 100%respectively,and the authority Coefficient was 0.87 and 0.89,The Kendall coordination coefficients for the overall indicators of the experts were 0.129 and 0.185,the scheme has high credibility.3.Compared with the Control Group, the observation group had a lower incidence of stay time, recovery time, hypothermia and shivering in the recovery room,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group had a higher degree of satisfaction and compliance in the recovery room,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Conclusion:Based on the evidence-based method, the evidence-based practical management scheme of hypothermia in patients with perioperative thoracoscopic surgery was constructed, and the delphi method was used to prove that it had high clinical applicability,It has been applied in clinical practice and achieved remarkable results.
