| Objective: By observing the therapeutic effects of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,and body mass of children with infantile anorexia(hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen)before and after treatment.To objectively assess the efficacy and safety of Shugan Lipi Decoction for treating infantile anorexia(hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen)for clinical reference and application.Methods: This study was based on the diagnostic criteria of infantile anorexia(hyperactivity of liver and deficiency of spleen).According to the order of visits,96 children with anorexia who visited the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2021 were included.The random number table method of SPSS software was used for grouping,with 48 people in the control group and 48 people in the treatment group.The control group was given Xingpi Yanger granule combined with sea buckthorn dry emulsion,while the treatment group was given Shugan Lipi formula combined with sea buckthorn dry emulsion.Shugan Lipi Decoction group: tractylodes,Poria,woodsy,fenugreek,Liushenqu,hawthorn,net amomum,fried coix seed,Chinese yam,licorice slices,forsythia,dried tangerine peel,ginger magnolia,ji neijin,Bupleurum,angelica,white peony.Both groups took 14 days as a treatment cycle,and took two courses of treatment in a row.During the period,the total score of the main symptoms,the total score of secondary symptoms,the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the changes in the body weight of the children before treatment,14 days of treatment,and 28 days of treatment in the two groups were recorded respectively.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of various observation data,the curative effect was summarized,and the two treatment plans were objectively evaluated.Results:During the study period,3 cases in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group were withdrawn,and 90 cases were actually completed.1.Baseline data: Statistical analysis was performed on the age,gender,and disease severity of the children in the treatment group and the control group before treatment.The results showed P>0.05,suggesting that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After 28 days of continuous treatment,the total effective rates of the clinical efficacy of the disease and the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the treatment group were 97.8% and 93.3%,respectively.The total effective rates of disease clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome clinical efficacy in the control group were 71.1% and 71.1%,respectively.The comparison of the clinical efficacy between the two groups was performed by the rank sum test,and all showed P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.3.Symptom Score Comparison.P<0.05 in rank sum test indicated that the difference was statistically significant.(1)14 days of treatment and 28 days of treatment: The total scores of major symptoms and that of minor symptoms between the treatment group and the control group were compared,and P < 0.05 indicated that there were significant differences between the two groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)The main symptoms of the two groups of children after 14 days and 28 days of treatment were inappetence and reduced food intake.The P value was less than 0.05.It indicated that there were significant differences between and within groups and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)Comparison of minor symptoms including complexion,irritability,excitement,sleeplessness,and abdominal distension between the two groups after 14 and 28 days of treatment.The results show that P <0.05.Indicate that that research result has significant statistical significance.The secondary symptoms of hiccups and mouth pain were compared between the two groups.The results of treatment group show that P < 0.05.Indicate that research result has significant statistical significance.Scores lower after treatment than before treatment.The results showed that the control group P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The P values of the inter-group comparisons were all less than 0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Comparison of body emaciation and stool disorder as secondary symptoms between the two groups.The two groups were compared with P < 0.05,indicating that the results were statistically significant.Scores lower after treatment than before treatment.The comparison between groups showed that on the 14 th and 28 th day of treatment,P > 0.05,which indicated that the results were not statistically significant.(4)Comparison of body weight changes between the two groups.The P values within the group were all less than 0.05,but the results were different.The weight of the children after treatment is higher than that before treatment.The comparison between groups showed that P>0.05 on the 14 th and 28 th days of treatment,indicating that the results were not statistically significant.(5)There were no adverse reactions such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting,rash and other adverse reactions in the two groups of children during the test period.Conclusion:1.Shugan Lipi formula is better than Xingpi Yanger Granule in the treatment of children with anorexia(liver-prosperous and spleen-deficiency syndrome)and Chinese medicine symptoms.Shugan Lipi Fang formula can better improve children’s symptoms such as loss of appetite,decreased appetite,complexion,irritability,restless sleep at night,hiccups,bitter mouth,abdominal distension,weight loss,and stool disorders.and increase body weight.Shugan Lipi formula has good clinical application value.2.Shugan Lipi formula has high safety in the treatment of anorexia in children with liver-prosperous and spleen-deficiency type. |
