| Objective: Based on the data mining technology,the vertigo cases were analyzed by collecting the cases in the clinic of director Zhang Liyun,the tutor,and the medication rules were obtained.The tutor’s medication experience in the treatment of vertigo was preliminary summarized,and the tutor’s academic thoughts on the treatment of vertigo were expounded in order to develop his own clinical thinking.Methods: The hospital operating system was used to query vertigo cases in the Geriatrics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021.The basic information of the patients was collected,including their registration number,name,gender,age and prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine.Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to record and form the original database,and then data were standardized.Drugs were analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2010,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 respectively.The frequency and probability of the four qi,five flavor,meridian and efficacy of high frequency drugs were obtained by cluster analysis and association rule analysis respectively to obtain the drug combination and core drug pair,so as to summarize the academic thought and medication law of tutor Zhang Liyun in the treatment of vertigo.Results: 1.A total of 459 prescriptions were collected,including 238 TCM ingredients,with a total frequency of 9,535 times.Drugs with a frequency of more than 65 times were regarded as high-frequency drugs used by tutors for vertigo treatment,with a total of 35 ingredients and a frequency of 7,198 times,which was more than half of the total drug use frequency,reaching 75.5%.Statistics on the frequency of all drug use,ranking from highest to lowest,The top ten were Atractylodes macrocephala(5.29%),Poria(5.27%),Astragalus(5.11%),Pueraria lobata(4.93%),Prince’s ginseng(4.92%),Gastrodia elata(4.53%),Pinellia(4.38%),Chuanxiong(4.17%),Gui Zhi(4.14%),and Ze Xie(3.74%).2.Analysis of the four qi attributes of high frequency drugs,ranked in descending order of frequency of use,shows that Mentor prefers to use warm,cold and flat drugs in his practice,and less cool and hot drugs.3.Five flavour attributes of high-frequency drugs were analysed and ranked in descending order of frequency of use.Mentor frequently use sweet,pungent and bitter medicines and rarely use light,sour,astringent and salty medicines.4.The meridian attributes of high-frequency drugs were analyzed and ranked from high to low frequency of use.The meridian of spleen,lung,liver,heart,stomach and kidney were often used by the Mentor in clinical syndrome,while the meridian of bile,bladder,large intestine,pericardium and small intestine were rarely used.5.According to the classification of efficacy,the high-frequency drugs were statistically analyzed and arranged from high to low frequency of use,which could be divided into 5 categories which Mentors often use,such as Mend angry medicine,Medicine for relieving swelling and water,Dispersing wind and cold medicine,Drugs for dispersing wind-heat,Antispasmodic,others like interior-warming drug,qi-regulating drugs,Warm up cold phlegm medicine,Heat-clearing and dampness-drying medicines,Blood activating painkiller,Blood tonics,Heavy tranquilizers,Blood-boosting and menstruation-regulating herbs,Medicine for suppressing liver Yang,Medicine for collecting lung and astringent intestine,Complementary Yin medicine,Solid essence contraction with antiuria medicine,Break the blood and relieve symptoms,To remove blood stasis and stop bleeding,Clear heat and remove gunpowder,which is Infrequently used by mentor.6.SPSS modeler 18.0 software was applied to analyze the association rules of 35 drugs with high frequency of use,using the Apriori algorithm,with minimum support set at 50%,minimum confidence set at 85% and maximum number of antecedents set at 3.562 groups of drug combinations were obtained.The main effects were to strengthen the spleen,diuretic and dampness,pacify the liver and submerge the yang,dry dampness and phlegm,and warm the yang and transform the qi.7.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used for systematic cluster analysis of 35 frequently used drugs,and 8 groups of commonly used drugs were obtained.Conclusion: 1.The frequency analysis showed that the drugs used by Director Liyun Zhang for the treatment of dizziness clinical evidence were mainly tonifying,relieving the symptoms and relieving wind,diuresis and dampness,invigorating blood and resolving blood stasis,and pacifying the liver and calming wind.2.The association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs yielded two,three,four,and five combinations of Director Zhang Liyun’s treatment of dizziness,which were mainly based on the effects of strengthening the spleen,diuresis and dampness,pacifying the liver and subduing yang,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,and warming yang and resolving qi.3.The correlation rule analysis of high frequency drugs yielded eight groups of drugs used by Director Zhang Liyun for treating dizziness,which were used to calm liver and qiyang,nourish qi and Yin,promote blood circulation and remove stasis,and nourish liver and kidney respectively.Invigorating the spleen and promoting Yang,eliminating phlegm and calming wind;Traffic heart kidney,calm;Broken blood qi;Qinggan purging fire,tonifying spleen and benefiting water;Nourish blood and promote blood circulation;Dredge liver gallbladder,line qi wide role.4.Through the analysis of the medication prescribed by Director Zhang Liyun for the treatment of vertigo,we have initially summarized the high-frequency drugs used by Director Zhang Liyun for the treatment of this disease,the commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations,the importance of treating the five organs together,the importance of treating phlegm and phlegm,and the importance of regulating the emotions and the will to be harmonious. |
