Objective and significance:Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich clinical experience in thousands of years of medical practice.Misdiagnosis occurs with clinical diagnosis and treatment activities,in which there are rich theoretical discussions on saving and preventing errors.Misdiagnosis refers to the doctor’s wrong judgment of the disease in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and the patient’s disease syndrome is wrongly diagnosed as another disease syndrome,and its diagnosis conclusion is inconsistent with the essence or pathological changes of the disease.Wrong treatment is a mistake in treatment legislation and prescription medication on the basis of misdiagnosis.The consequence is to lose the favorable treatment opportunity of the disease,delay the treatment,even change the disease,appear "syndrome change" or "bad disease",and aggravate the disease.Rescuing mistakes is a process of re diagnosis and treatment of "syndrome change" or "bad disease" on the basis of misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Error prevention is based on the continuous summary of clinical misdiagnosis and mistreatment,to prevent and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and the efficiency of treatment.At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty at the beginning of the 3rd century,Zhang Zhongjing creatively wrote the epoch-making masterpiece of traditional Chinese medicine "Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases" by combining the clinical treatment and experience of predecessors and contemporary doctors with his own clinical practice under the background of the rampant prevalence of infectious diseases.As a part of this book,"Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases" has established the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of six meridians,established the treatment principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and improved and systematically applied the eight methods of treatment.Although the words "misdiagnosis" and "error rescue" are not clearly put forward in the book,the contents of misdiagnosis,mistreatment,error rescue and error prevention are discussed in detail,accounting for about one third of its contents.Zhang Zhongjing closely combines the general diseases with the rescue and prevention of errors after misdiagnosis and mistreatment,and integrates the treatment taboos,mistreatment and change syndrome,mistreatment and change syndrome treatment,mistreatment and change syndrome Prognosis,prescription and drug taboos,prescription and drug misuse and change syndrome into the provisions of "Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases".Research methods and contents:The research method of this paper adopts the method of literature analysis,using traditional Chinese medicine literature research,medical history research,ancient book text content analysis,etc.,to sort out the theoretical contents of "error saving" and "error prevention" in "Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases",and to sort out the inheritance and development of doctors and scholars in previous dynasties.Using modern statistical technology,with the help of IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 software and IBM SPSS statistics 24 software,this paper makes statistics on the prescription and drug use of "Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases" to find out the representative compatibility laws of prescriptions and drugs and the characteristics of drug use.The first part discusses the causes of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of exogenous diseases,mainly including confusion of clinical thinking,unclear identification of clinical symptoms and treatment errors.Analyze and summarize various syndrome types caused by mistakenly sweating,mistakenly falling,mistakenly vomiting and fire inversion,including complex syndrome types such as injury to Yang,injury to Yin,loss of both yin and Yang,internal depression of external evil and ruffian syndrome,chest knot syndrome,water storage syndrome and so on.According to Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment principle of "observing the pulse syndrome,knowing what is wrong and treating it with the syndrome",the treatment principle of various syndrome changes after wrong treatment is mainly reflected in supporting the right and expelling the evil,successively outside and inside,treating with the syndrome and step-by-step treatment.Summarize the treatment prescriptions of syndrome variation in order to obtain the medication law in error rescue.The second part summarizes the experience of misdiagnosis,mistreatment and error rescue in "Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases",and summarizes how to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment in clinical practice.Results and conclusion:"Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases" absorbs the clinical mistakes of predecessors and contemporary doctors,combines its clinical treatment and experience with its own clinical practice,and uses nearly one-third of the space to describe these bad diseases,wrong treatment,error rescue and error prevention methods.The characteristics of error rescue are mainly in three aspects: supporting yang qi,protecting stomach qi and storing Yin fluid.The drugs mainly belong to the lung,spleen,stomach and heart meridian.The drugs are mostly warm,and the combination of medicine and flavor is mainly sweet and sour,bitter and bitter.For syndrome differentiation and treatment of variant syndrome,roast licorice,ginger,jujube and ginseng should be used first.In addition to facilitating the elaboration of problems,the main purpose is to warn future doctors and draw lessons from them in clinic.Firstly,in order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed treatment,we should improve the sensitivity,alertness and predictability of misdiagnosis and clarify the treatment taboos of the disease.Secondly,we should strengthen the study of clinical syndrome thinking,diagnosis mode,disease situation and prognosis judgment in "Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases",conclude the contract as a work of febrile diseases with exogenous diseases,expand clinical syndrome thinking,and try our best to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.In order to improve the level of doctors in rescuing errors and clinical symptoms,prevent doctors from misdiagnosis and mistreatment,deepen doctors’ understanding of the law of disease occurrence,development and transmission from the opposite side,guide doctors to accurately identify diseases,accurately differentiate syndromes,summarize their opportunistic diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and improve doctors’ diagnosis and treatment level.
