Objective:1.By searching the previous literature on acupuncture and moxibustion intervention in swallowing disorders, using the visualization software Cite Space to conduct bibliometric analysis of the literature in this direction, and preliminarily analyze the research status and future development advantages in the field,in order to provide ideas and reference significance for clinical research.2.To explore the law of acupuncture effect and prognostic factors of swallowing disorder in stroke patients under the intervention of comprehensive therapy such as acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:1.The articles on acupuncture and dysphagia in the journal database of China How Net were searched by computer. The retrieval time limit was from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021.The documents were screened according to the nanodischarge standard, the relevant materials were extracted and the data were processed.Use Cite Space 5.8.R3 software maps and visually analyzes the relevant information and subject words of the selected literature in this research field.2.This study is a prospective cohort study based on clinical cases.Patients hospitalized for dysphagia after stroke from Five hospitals, including Tianjin Huanhu Hospital,Tianjin Wuqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital, were selected as subjects from March to December 2021.To explore the recovery of swallowing function of patients before and after intervention under the action of comprehensive acupuncture and moxibustion therapy; The basic situation of the population in the medical records, including past history, adverse complications and other information, was sorted and extracted in the early stage, and evaluated from the perspectives of swallowing function and limb function; To explore the prognosis of patients with post-stroke dysphagia and its influencing factors, and to explore the effects of different acupuncture intervention time points and acupuncture and moxibustion intervention time on the prognosis of patients with post-stroke dysphagia.Results:1.Since 2013,the number of articles published in this field has remained above40 in other years, with an obvious growth trend, except that there has been a significant decline in the number of articles published in 2014(32 articles)and 2021(40 articles).Through cluster calculation, the atlas shows that Wu Wenbao’s team and Shi Xuemin’s team cooperate most closely. The team is a large team formed by the cooperation of multiple small teams. The team form tends to the close team mode, and the members of the team are closely connected. However, the research institutions of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dysphagia are relatively scattered, mostly in the form of separate research and a small number of pairwise cooperation, without forming a close network of cooperation.Among the keywords, the occurrence frequency of dysphagia was 324 times, and the centrality of acupuncture treatment was 0.28.Through the analysis of high-frequency key words,it is found that the research hotspot of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dysphagia mainly focuses on the clinical methods and prognosis rehabilitation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke.2.(1)The study found that patients with different degrees of swallowing disorders at admission had different degrees of swallowing function recovery, and there were statistical differences in WST efficacy scores between patients with mild swallowing disorder and patients with moderate swallowing disorder. The intervention treatment, acupuncture intervention time and 7 times of acupuncture therapy were beneficial to the improvement of neurological function of patients after stroke, and the effective rate of neurological function of patients with acupuncture dysphagia in acute stage was 66.9%.The response rate was 58.0%(69 / 119)and 58.0% of the improvement in patients with swallowing dysfunction, and 63.1%(41 / 65).A small and medium acupuncture(Z=40.300,P <0.05),and a small acupuncture(Z=39.025,P <0.05).(2)The first episode of stroke,no diabetes,no gastric tube,no hypoproteinemia, the acute stage of acupuncture intervention, and the number of acupuncture> 14 times are conducive to the improvement of swallowing function in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke. Conclusion: 1.In the past studies on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dysphagia, there are problems such as scattered personnel, lack of close institutional cooperation, lack of relevant basic experiments and large-scale real world research demonstration, etc.but the related heat will continue to increase.2.Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dysphagia can be summarized as tongue diagnosis, electroacupuncture, acupuncture + moxibustion, electric stimulation, rehabilitation training, etc.while the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients and acupuncture methods may still be a research hotspot in the future.3.Patients with different degrees of swallowing disorders at admission have different degrees of swallowing function recovery, and patients with mild swallowing disorders have better efficacy of swallowing function recovery compared with moderate patients. The intervention of acupuncture therapy in acute stage and 7 times of acupuncture are beneficial to improve the degree of neurological deficit in patients after stroke.4.The first episode of stroke,no diabetes,no hypoproteinemia, the acute timing of acupuncture intervention, and the number of acupuncture> 14 times are conducive to the improvement of swallowing dysfunction.
