Research On Government Supervision Of Medical Service Quality In S City

The quality of medical service is an issue of people’s livelihood,the quality supervision of primary medical service is the key to improve the core competitiveness of primary medical service,primary medical care is the basis of China’s medical and health service system.The supervision of grass-roots medical service quality is still a weak link in medical quality supervision.As a underdeveloped City,S city has made some achievements in the supervision of grass-roots medical service quality,but there are still many problems.Therefore,the research of this paper has certain theoretical research value and practical significance.In this paper,the government supervision of medical service quality in S City is used as the research object,and the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method are adopted.First,this paper combs the relevant literature of medical service quality supervision.Then defines related concepts and makes a more scientific and reasonable theoretical analysis of medical service quality supervision.Then discusses the current situation of government supervision of medical service quality in S City,including regulatory institutions and objects,regulatory measures and the results achieved by regulation.Next,iscusses the problems existing in S City,such as insufficient supervision ability,lack of implementation,imperfect supervision process,outdated and traditional supervision methods and so on.Last,summarizes the causes of the problems affecting the supervision of medical service quality in S City,and puts forward some countermeasures.It is pointed out that we should strengthen the construction of government supervision team of medical service quality,strengthen the linkage between supervision departments,realize closed-loop supervision,innovate medical service quality supervision means,and increase financial investment in medical service quality supervision activities,so as to promote the smooth progress of medical service quality supervision in S city and improve the quality of medical services in all districts of S City,and improve the level of government supervision and the medical conditions of residents.
