| Objective:This study aimed to observe the expression of LncRNA BC012900 and LncRNA IFNG-AS1 in colonic mucosal tissues of Ulcerative Colitis(UC),and to explore their relationship with the endoscopic activity in UC.Thus,we evaluate whether it can provide new theoretical basis and ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment in UC.Methods:A total of 39 confirmed UC patients(including 27 in the endoscopic active group and 12 in the endoscopic mucosal healing group)and 20 healthy controls were selected as the study subjects.Colon tissue samples were collected under colonoscopy.The expression levels of LncRNA BC012900 and LncRNA IFNG-AS1 in colon tissues were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(QRT-PCR),and the differences among groups were compared.Results:The expression of LncRNA BC012900 in colonic mucosal tissue of UC patients is increased(P<0.05).The expression of LncRNA IFNG-AS1 is significantly increased in colonic mucosal tissues of UC patients(P<0.001).There is no significant difference in the expression of LncRNA BC012900 between active group and catabatic group(P>0.05).The expression of LncRNA IFNG-AS1 is significantly different between active group and catabatic group(P<0.001).Compared with the healthy control group,the expression of LncRNA BC012900 in the active group was significantly increased(P<0.01),but there is no statistical difference in the catabatic group(P>0.05).The expression of LncRNA IFNG-AS1 in the active group and catabatic group are significantly higher than healthy control group(P<0.01).LncRNA IFNG-AS1 has higher potential value than ESR and hscrp(AUC=0.904).There is no significant correlation between LncRNA BC012900 and LncRNA IFNG-AS1.Conclusions:LncRNA BC012900 and LncRNA IFNG-AS1 in colonic mucosal tissue are expected to be markers to identify UC activity.L ncRNA IFNG-AS1 can help evaluate the disease and may become a new target for UC treatment. |
