It is very important for outpatients to carry out examination services in a timely manner to diagnose their condition.At present,the contradiction between the growing demand for medical treatment and the limited medical examination resources has become increasingly prominent,resulting in a serious queuing of patients for examination.The length of waiting time for examination will directly affect the satisfaction of outpatients seeking medical treatment,and will also greatly affect the utilization rate of hospital resources.The real-time scheduling of outpatient examinations is mainly a problem of sequential dynamic planning of patients when faced with multiple examinations.Due to the lack of capture and utilization of real-time information in the hospital management process,patients generally choose static scheduling rules simply according to the number of people in the queue.Therefore,uncontrolled patient selection of the examination path will often increase the patient’s examination waiting time,reduce patient satisfaction,and cannot maximize the medical examination ability.In this thesis,we study the multi-department outpatient examination scheduling problem considering real-time patient arrivals under the uncertain environment of outpatient demand.Three main aspects of the simulation verification of scheduling rules are studied.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Construction of a hospital multi-department outpatient inspection scheduling framework model considering real-time status.Based on the problem of hospital inspection scheduling,considering the problem characteristics of the real-time state of multiple departments,a multi-objective mathematical model for real-time scheduling of multidepartment examinations in patient outpatient clinics is established.Constructing a mathematical model considering the capacity of large-scale inspection equipment in the hospital,the constraints of the relationship between inspection items and the arrival status of patients.At the same time,two parts are proposed to generate combined scheduling rules based on intelligent optimization algorithms and to verify the scheduling rules through Discrete-Event Simulation(DES).frame.(2)Generation of combined scheduling rules for multi-department outpatient examinations.Based on the characteristics of the problem,and taking medical data information as input parameters,a gene expression programming algorithm model was proposed that considers realtime information to generate multi-department inspection scheduling rules.The endpoint set and the function set are used to represent the relevant characteristic parameters in the inspection scheduling and the functional relationship between them respectively.The combination of the endpoint set and the function set realizes the generation of compound scheduling rules and realizes the genetic evolution process of scheduling rules.(3)The scheduling simulation of the multi-department outpatient examination scene is parametric modeling based on the data of the outpatient examination department and the arrival of the patient,and a multi-department outpatient examination scheduling simulation model based on real-time data information is generated.On the basis of the above content,this thesis proposes a solution method based on combined scheduling rules,and embeds the generated scheduling rules into the outpatient inspection simulation model to evaluate the performance of the combined scheduling rules.The simulation results show that different scheduling rules have a significant impact on the waiting time of outpatient examinations.The combined scheduling rules proposed in this thesis can effectively reduce the waiting time of patients in line,which verifies the validity of the model.This study enriches the real-time scheduling of outpatient examinations,and provides a new research idea for solving the problem of outpatient examination queuing.At the same time,based on the real-time collection technology of diagnosis and treatment information,it provides a new solution for reducing the waiting time of patients for outpatient examinations.
