Since the fight against COVID-19,the demand for precision medicine has pushed e-health record apps into the era of big data.The widespread use of information visualization helps users sort through massive amounts of data and provides them with a more scientific and efficient form of information presentation.Under the future medical treatment mode,users can use mobile terminal to precisely understand their own health records and medical records,and provide reliable data reference for doctors’ diagnosis.Therefore,how to integrate the information visualization and interaction into the mobile medical scene of residents and give full play to the data advantages of electronic health records has become an urgent issue to be considered.Firstly,the theoretical literature on information visualization,interaction design,and interaction experience model is carefully analyzed.The interaction experience model is introduced into the information visualization design process,and an innovative information visualization interaction hierarchy model is proposed.From the strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer and presentation layer,we explore users’ visualization interaction needs and information data characteristics,and list the corresponding information visualization interaction methods in each layer.Secondly,taking the electronic health record APP as the research object,we use the comparative analysis method to make a deep comparison of the competing APP in three aspects: functional structure,visual presentation and interaction experience.And summarize the information visualization application forms and visual language in the case,and summarize the problems that appear in the competing visual interaction cases.Then,the in-depth interview method and questionnaire research method were used to conduct user research with the group of people between 18-60 years old who have mobile medical needs as the sample.The user’s information visualization interaction needs,scene needs,and functional needs are explored,and three types of user portraits are summarized.Finally,in order to solve the problem of visualization interaction target and user needs of EHR APP,the information visualization interaction hierarchy model is used as the basic framework.From the three dimensions of matching scenarios and user-driven,clear and easy-to-use visual information architecture and rich and efficient visual sensory experience,the innovative information visualization interaction design principles and methods are proposed.design principles and methods.The design principles and methods of information visualization interaction design are proposed,and the feasibility of the information visualization interaction design method is verified by using the Medical Health File App as an example.The visualization interaction form of electronic health record APP is optimized at the practical level.To sum up,this paper focuses on the user’s information interaction needs from the perspective of information visualization and interaction design,and explores the information visualization interaction levels of the E-Health Record APP.It proposes the principles and methods of information visualization interaction design that are easy for users to understand.It provides design guidance for optimizing the functional architecture,visual presentation,and visual interaction experience of the electronic health record APP,and broadens the application scope of information visualization interaction. |
