As the backbone of public hospitals management,the administrative staff undertakes the responsibility of uploading and dispatching,and is the link to achieve the strategic goal of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.The improvement of administrative staff’s work performance is conducive to the formation of a closely coordinated and efficient management system within the hospital.However,most of the research objects on performance appraisal are clinical medical personnel,while the research on administrative staff lacks depth and strength,and the performance appraisal mechanism of administrative personnel needs to be optimized.Therefore,how to establish a more optimized performance appraisal mechanism for administrative staff in line with the development characteristics of public hospitals is the goal of this paper.This paper selects a tertiary first-class public hospital in northwest China—the S Provincial People’s Hospital as the research object,for it has been implemented for nearly 10 years of administrative staff performance appraisal system of effectiveness evaluation,through literature study and expert interview method established administrative personnel S Provincial People’s Hospital inspection effectiveness evaluation index,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate quota assignment,And then to assess the data collection,data into the discovery after S Provincial People’s Hospital of current administrative personnel performance appraisal mechanism problem,for example,the administrative personnel performance appraisal mechanism is imperfect,lack of targeted assessment index have limitations,evaluation subject,evaluation result application is not strong problems such as difficult to arouse the enthusiasm of administrative personnel’s work.In view of the above problems,analyze the root causes of these problems.In view of the problems existing in the current administrative personnel performance appraisal mechanism,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the appraisal mechanism,construct scientific appraisal indicators,strengthen the training of the appraisal subject,optimize the appraisal process,and strengthen the application of the appraisal results.Build up a set of more scientific,more suitable for S province people’s hospital administrative personnel performance appraisal mechanism,which helps scientific and standardized evaluation S province people’s hospital administrative personnel’s work,arouse the enthusiasm for administrative personnel’s work,to improve the whole service level of public hospitals,work efficiency and achieve hospital strategy has important significance. |
