The continuous development of online community and the continuous improvement of citizens’ health information literacy have promoted the rise and vigorous development of online health community(OHC)in China.Online health community is a network platform for medical and health information exchange composed of doctors, patients and their families. Here, users can complete the interaction of health information or professional medical knowledge by sending documents, replying, praising and forwarding, which greatly facilitates the acquisition of health information. However, many online health communities are facing problems such as difficult operation and short life cycle. Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the knowledge interaction behavior and information service of domestic online health community. This can provide reasonable suggestions for promoting the survival and sustainable development of online health community, improving the quality of community information service. From the perspective of different types of users, this paper expounds the knowledge interaction behavior and information service of online health community. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of information behavior, this paper studies the identification and characteristic analysis of key users in online health community.Firstly,a multidimensional attribute analysis framework of “behavior + content + emotion” is constructed to extract the indicators of user interaction activity, reciprocity, information diversity, homogeneity and emotional tendency.Secondly, the identification of key users in the community is completed by combining Attri Rank algorithm and network survivability evaluation method. Finally,it is found that there are 15 key users in the community. They not only have the characteristics of high activity and high reciprocity, but also have the characteristics of high diversity and balanced information quality, and most of them hold positive emotional tendencies.(2)The characteristics of knowledge interaction behavior in online health community are studied based on user interaction behavior and user information content.Firstly, based on the identification of key users, the interaction network between different types of users is constructed, and the distribution characteristics of knowledge in the interaction process are counted.Secondly,it analyzes the interaction characteristics and knowledge characteristics between different types of users, and summarizes the knowledge interaction modes between different types of users. Finally,it is found that the knowledge interaction mode among key users in the community is complete co-occurrence interaction, mainly focusing on preoperative examination and information sharing of disease symptoms. The knowledge interaction mode between ordinary users is multi community interaction, mainly the information sharing of preoperative examination. The knowledge interaction mode between key users and ordinary users is multipolar interaction, mainly focusing on preoperative examination and information sharing of disease symptoms.(3)Based on the theory of knowledge collaborative building, this paper studies the information service model of online health community.Firstly,a key users knowledge interaction network is constructed by combining user interaction behavior and user information content.Secondly, the knowledge path recognition algorithm is improved based on the principle of Pathfinder algorithm, and the information needs characteristics of users in the community are analyzed combined with the key knowledge path. Finally,it is found that there are five information service modes around the formation of health information such as disease examination, symptoms and treatment in the community, which are“preoperative examination + disease symptoms”,“postoperative examination + preoperative treatment + preoperative examination + disease symptoms”,“postoperative treatment +disease symptoms + preoperative examination + preoperative treatment”,“disease symptoms + preoperative examination” and “preoperative treatment + preoperative examination + disease symptoms”. |
