| In recent years,large-scale outbreaks of infectious diseases such as pneumonia have sounded alarm bells.The detection and isolation of patients with infectious diseases and their close contacts is extremely important to control the outbreak.Traditional contact identity tracing relies on an infected person’s memory to recall a list of people he/she has been in contact with and report it to hospital staff.This method is inaccurate,inefficient,and also leads to the leakage of the privacy of patients and close contacts.Therefore,this paper studies the identity tracking and privacy protection of close contacts of infectious diseases.The specific work is as follows:(1)An encounter interaction authentication protocol based on Bluetooth technology is designed.The protocol combines the existing cryptosystems such as El Gamal public key encryption system to conduct mutual authentication of encounter between close contacts and exchange encrypted identity information,so as to protect the privacy of both parties and lay a good foundation for subsequent identity tracking.(2)An anonymous diagnosis and public decryption scheme was designed.In the anonymous diagnosis stage,the scheme uses group signatures with regional attributes to diagnose infectious disease patients,realizing the anonymity,legitimacy and security of anonymous diagnosis.In the stage of publicity and decryption,the blockchain technology is introduced to publish the encrypted information of the concierge,which realizes the correctness and traceability of publicity and decryption.(3)Conduct demand analysis according to the protocol and plan,build an Ethereum private chain network,use android + SQlite + Ethereum to implement a privacy-protected infectious disease close contact identity tracking system,and elaborate the basic structure and functional modules of the system with workflow. |
