ObjectiveTo explore the difference in the expression of secretory frizzled related protein 2(s FRP2)in peripheral blood between patients with acute ST segment elevated myocardial infarction(STEMI)and healthy people.To explore the correlation between s FRP2 and left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function after STEMI,and to clarify the predictive ability of s FRP2 on left ventricular remodeling 6 months after STEMI.To explore the correlation between serum s FRP2 and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs)within 6 months after STEMI,and to clarify the predictive value of serum s FRP2 for MACEs within 6 months after STEMI.MethodsFrom December 2019 to August 2021,137 Case of STEMI patients admitted to the Department of Geriatrics and Cardiology of Ulanqab Central Hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 103 cases of health examination patients in the physical examination center during the same period were selected as the control group.Collect the general data and medical history of the experimental group and the control group,and detect the biochemical indicators and s FRP2 concentration,and the baseline data of the experimental group and the control group were compared;the,s FPR2 concentrations of the experimental group and the control group were compared;The experimental group of STEMI patients underwent cardiac ultrasound on the 7th day of admission and 6 months of follow-up,and according to whether the increase rate of left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)in STEMI patients was greater than 20% at 7 days and 6 months of admission.Patients with STEMI were divided into left ventricular remodeling group and non left ventricular remodeling group.The differences of SFRP2 concentration and cardiac function between left ventricular remodeling group and non left ventricular remodeling group were compared,and the correlation between s FRP2 concentration and ventricular remodeling and cardiac function after myocardial infarction was analyzed.The predictive value of s FRP2 on left ventricular remodeling 6months after STEMI was analyzed by receiver Operating characteristic Curve(ROC).The occurrence of MACEs in the experimental group after 6 months of STEMI patients was obtained by telephone and outpatient follow-up,and the difference in s FRP2 concentration between the MACEs event group and the group without MACEs events was compared,the multivariate Logistic regression analysis of MACEs event predictors and the correlation between s FRP2 and MACEs events.The predictive effect of s FRP2 on the occurrence of MACEs events in 6 months after myocardial infarction was analyzed using ROC curves.Result1.BMI,smoking history ratio,hypertension history ratio,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),NT-pro-BNP and s FRP2 in STEMI patients were higher than those in healthy control group.2.The smoking history ratio,hypertension history ratio,BMI,s FRP2,c Tn T,TG,TC and NT-pro-BNP in the left ventricular remodeling group were significantly higher than those in the non ventricular remodeling group.The proportion of infarction site in the anterior wall /inferior wall in the left ventricular remodeling group was higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other indexes.3.Compared with the non-left ventricular remodeling group,the right atrial diameter(RAD),right ventricular diameter(RVID),aortic root diameter(AOD),left atrial diameter(LAD),LVEDV,left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)7 days after STEMI,interventricular septal thickness(IVST),Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF)have no statistical difference(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,LVEDV,and left ventricular end-diastolic volume increase(ΔLVEDV)and decreased ejection fraction(ΔLVEF)in the left ventricular remodeling group were higher than those in the non-reconstituting group,while LVEF were lower than those in the non-reconstitution group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),there was no difference in the remaining indicators.4.s FRP2 was positively correlated with LVEDV,LVPWT,IVST,ΔLVEDV and ΔLVEF,but negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).5.s FRP2,BMI,NT-pro-BNP,infarct site(anterior wall / inferior wall)were positively correlated with left ventricular remodeling after STEMI.s FRP2 can independently predict ventricular remodeling after STEMI,and the prediction effect of combined infarct location and NT-pro-BNP is better.6.The occurrence of MACEs in STEMI patients within 6 months was positively correlated with s FRP2,NT-Pro-BNP,infarct site(anterior wall / inferior wall),and negatively correlated with LVEF.s FRP2 can independently predict the risk of MACEs within 6 months after STEMI,and the prediction value of combined NT-pro-BNP index is higher.Conclusions1.The concentration of s FRP2 increased in STEMI patients.2.s FRP2 concentration in patients with STEMI was positively correlated with left ventricular remodeling 6 months after STEMI,but negatively correlated with cardiac function6 months after STEMI.With the increase of SFRP2 concentration,the risk of ventricular remodeling increased.s FRP2 can be used to predict ventricular remodeling 6 months after STEMI,and the effect of combined infarct site and NT-pro-BNP is better.3.The concentration of s FRP2 of STEMI patients has a positive correlation with MACEs events within 6 months,which can predict the occurrence of MACEs events,and the prediction value of combined NT-pro-BNP is higher.
