| Objective In this paper,CT imaging technology is used to input CT data into computer aided engineering(CAE),through the three-dimensional modeling of Lenke 2 juvenile idiopathic scoliosis, according to the needs of the finite element model, the material properties are added, and the preset surgical methods are simulated on the established model to understand its stress and orthopedic effect,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the surgical treatment of Lenke 2 adult idiopathic scoliosis. Methods In this study,a 9-year-old female child was selected as the experimental object, the relevant image data of the child were collected and analyzed by Mimics and Ansys Workbench software, and the three-dimensional finite element model of severe scoliosis in children was successfully established. Finally, according to the surgical scheme discussed by the literature and experts,a complete three-dimensional finite element model was established, and the orthopedic effect and related tissue mechanical properties of the three-dimensional screw-rod system for three-dimensional scoliosis correction were analyzed. Results The main results are as follows:(1)the three-dimensional finite element model of Lenke type severe idiopathic scoliosis was successfully constructed. The model consists of 14 kinds of material properties and 2 kinds of elements, with a total of 92008 elements and1650548 nodes.(2)the three-dimensional plastic surgery simulation of posterior scoliosis was successfully carried out,and a complete finite element model was established.Through the analysis of the data after simulation correction, the correction rate of thoracic scoliosis s 38.7%.Simulation experiments show that the scheme has a good clinical effect..Conclusion The finite element model of Lenke type severe idiopathic scoliosis is successfully established by finite element method, which provides an experimental basis for future three-dimensional plastic surgery simulation and a new theoretical basis for surgical treatment of severe deformities. This study is of great significance to improve the quality of life, physical and mental quality of children in our country. |
