| Objective:To observe the effects of"well point"bloodletting pretreatment on relevant hemodynamic indexes and plasma NO and eNOS levels in rats with acute hypoxic lung injury, and to explore the effect of well point bloodletting on acute hypoxic lung injury. Methods:a total of 72 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:blank control(n)group, hypoxia model(d)6h,24h,48h and 72h groups and"Jing point"bloodletting pretreatment(c)6h,24h,48h and 72h groups, with 8 rats in each group.Three days after adaptive feeding, the acute hypoxic rat lung injury model was prepared by hypoxia simulation chamber(15%O2,85%N2).In the well point bloodletting group, the well point of rats was pricked with a blood pricking needle(in the order of"Shaoshang","Shangyang","zhongchong","Guanchong","shaochong"and"Shaoze")for 5 days, once a day,a total of 5 times. On the 8th day,the rats in the model and well point pretreatment groups were placed in the hypoxic oxygen chamber, exposed in the chamber for corresponding time, out of the chamber, anesthetized, underwent right external jugular vein intubation(polyethylene catheter id0.8mm,od1.0mm)to measure central venous pressure(CVP),pulmonary artery pressure(Pap),left common carotid artery intubation(polyethylene catheter id0.5mm,od0.8mm)to measure systemic arterial pressure(PSA),and abdominal aorta blood collection,The expression levels of plasma NO and eNOS were detected. Results:in the model group, the level of CVP increased significantly(p<0.05),the level of PSA increased at 72h(p<0.05),and the level of PAP did not change significantly(p>0.05);Compared with the model group, the overall level of CVP decreased, and the levels of PSA decreased at 6h(p<0.05).The contents of plasma NO and eNOS in model groups increased(p<0.05);After bloodletting pretreatment, the content of eNOS decreased(p<0.05),and the content of no increased, but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:Jing point bloodletting pretreatment has a protective effect on acute hypoxic lung injury model rats, which may be related to the regulation of CVP,PSA and Pap hemodynamic indexes,as well as the regulation of plasma eNOS activity and no content. |
