Objective: To explore whether the five-point method of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS),quantitative parameters of CEUS combined with serological indexes ca15-3(CA15-3)and CEA can improve the diagnostic efficacy of breast cancer.Methods: Patients in the experimental group and control group were selected from the people’s Hospital of Qinghai Provincial.There were 39 cases of breast cancer and 42 benign cases.All patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination of breast nodules and detection of serum CA15-3 and CEA levels.SPSS19.0 and Med Calc were used for data processing and statistical analysis to compare the diagnostic efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound five-point method,quantitative parameters of contrastenhanced ultrasound,and serum CA15-3 and CEA in breast cancer.Results: The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and AUC of combined diagnosis were97.44%,73.81%,85.19% and 94.7%.It could be seen that the sensitivity of combined diagnosis was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of the other three methods alone(P < 0.05).The specificity of combined diagnosis was not high,and the accuracy was higher than that of the three methods alone,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The area under the curve of combined diagnosis was the largest,and was different from that of the three methods alone(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The diagnostic efficacy of CA15-3+CEA combined diagnosis is higher than that of single serum detection.2.The quantitative parameters of CEUS have certain value in judging benign and malignant breast nodules,PI(Peak intensity)can be used as an important quantitative parameter index of CEUS.3.The combined application of CEUS quintile,PI(Peak intensity)and CA15-3+CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer significantly improved its diagnostic efficacy compared with a single index.
