| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Conbercept with pulse distribution and Qipill in diabetic macular edema and diabetic macular ischemia.Methods:A total of 60 subjects from Qinghai People’s Hospital from 2020 to 2021 were included in this study,randomly divided into two groups,including 28 subjects in the control group and 28 eyes from 28 subjects in the trial group.The control group used 0.5ml / subtype intravitreal injection(3+PRN),and the test group added raw pulse dispersion and Qi chrysanthemum dihuang pills on the basis of the control group.The best corrected vision,retinal thickness,macular area,macular fovea,and TCM syndrome score before,February,and March were observed to evaluate the efficacy of patients with diabetic macular edema and macular ischemia.Results: The enrolled patients,30 trial group(2,28),30 control group(2,28),and a total of 56 patients completed the treatment process.The best corrected vision and the retinal thickness in the macular area were improved significantly after treatment,and the TCM syndrome score at each time point of the whole treatment process was also significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.In comparison between groups,the best corrected visual acuity,retinal thickness in the macular area,and TCM syndrome score in the trial group were better than the control group at each time point of the whole treatment.No significant improvement in the area without vascular perfusion in the macular area was observed before and after treatment.Conclusion:Raw vein dispersion and Qiju dihuang pills combined with comaxip vitreous cavity injection had a better treatment effect on optimal corrected visual acuity,macular area retinal thickness,and TCM syndrome than comaxip vitreous cavity injection alone.Neither comacip vitreous cavity injection or the combination of veloose and Kiberdipills alone could improve the macular foveal avascular zone area of the patient. |
