| Purpose:Based on the comprehensive sorting and analysis of the relevant information of gynecology of the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine,the focus of this paper is to identify and analyze the the controversial contents of the book.The objective can be divided into 3 aspects:(1)Hope for the overall understanding of gynecology of the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine for scholars;(2)Hope for eliminating controversial parts and reaching a consensus through analyzing and solving problems and clarifying misconceptions;(3)In the hope that this study can provide certain reference for relevant research.Material and method:The general approach of this study is indicated as below:First,mainly based on the lead-printed editions of Huangdi Neijing Suwen and Lingshu Jing(there is a plum blossom on the cover of two books,which is known as the plum blossom edition in the academic circle),published by People’s Medical Publishing House in 1963,the way of searching through reading word by word and analyzing each lines is to screen out the contents that belonged to the category of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology;Second,by referring to the research results of ancient and modern scholars,adopting traditional methods of collation,philology and exegesis and rpaying attention to the combination of literature research and theoretical research,it strives to to make a reasonable interpretation of the selected contents or put forward tendentious opinions.Therefore,in terms of research methods,this study featured as literature research and theoretical research.As for the focus of the study,it mainly centered on controversial questions.Research Contents:1.On the basis of collecting materials as comprehensive as possible,investigate and analyze the content of gynecology of the "Huangdi Neijing".2.Centered on the selection and interpretation of the gynecological content of the "Huangdi Neijing",identify and analyze some controversial contents,clarify differences,and then give out reasonable explanations or tendentious opinions.Conclusion:Through the overall research,it is certain that the"Huangdi Neijing" has rich gynecological content.The description of women’s unique anatomical characteristics,physiological characteristics,physiological functions,gynecological diseases,pregnancy accumulation,dosage and even specific prescriptions,and the relevant discussion in terms of theory all have an significant impact on the later generations of Gynecology of traditional Chinese Medicine.In terms of identifying and analyzing related gynecological contents of the"Neijing",the relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)It demonstrates the rationality of today’s interpretation of "Tiangui" as "substances such as water(yin)in the brain",and brings forward the idea that even if "Tiangui" is interpreted as a product of the mind,the close relationship between kidney and Tiangui should also be highlighted;(2)It demonstrates that the"menstruation" in "Nei Jing" is not equal to the actual menstruation,and also draws a conclusion that "the heaven and earth are mild,then the menstruation is safe",and other conclusions that have no connections of menstruation;(3)It discuss the theoretical background of " women count their yin",and pointed out the wrong record that scholars have concluded that yinqiao pulse is related to menstruation according to the record of " Lingshu Pulse";(4)It clarifies that "If the pulse of the shaoyin is pulsing,then it is pregnant.It means that the heart pulse of the shaoyin pulse in hand is strong and smooth,indicating pregnancy,and it proposed that the diagnosis site of Shenmen acupoint is most advisable;(5)It clarifies that "the difference between the yang and the yin,it is called having a child" is to judge whether there is a pregnancy by the pulse that is sinking,slippery and strong,floating and scattered but weak.It is believed that this pulse reveals that the pregnant woman’s qi and blood are restrained to support the fetus.(6)It supplements and argues that "pregnant child will be born again" and "body disease without evil pulse" are statements about the signs of the time near labor,which means that when a pregnant woman has abdominal pain and no abnormal pulse,then it’s about to delivery;(7)It supplements and argues that the mistake of taking "spleen" in"diseases of the stomach occur in the heart and spleen" as the disease of stomach,and it shows that "spleen" is a disease unique to men,and "no menstruation" is an important sign of women suffering from heart palsy;(8)It supplements and argues that the viewpoint of "infants get sick with fever and apoplexy" is postpartum diseases rather than pediatric diseases;It analyses the reason for the misunderstanding of the "intestinal tan" born in the uterus,ovary,fallopian tube,etc.,and clarifies the understanding of "intestinal tan" as a non-gynecological disease. |
