Application Of Acupoint Application At Selected Time Of Meridian Flow In Critical Patients With Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective To explore the theory of meridian lingers timing acupoint sticking therapy under the guidance of critically ill patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,the effectiveness of antibiotic associated diarrhea,and safety for the clinical treatment in the work of the use for reference,in order to provide more high quality clinical service,critically ill patients in a relatively short period of time to improve the symptoms of diarrhea.Methods Select in August 2021 to June 2022 in Zhejiang Province Hospital intensive medicine diagnosis of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of antibiotic associated diarrhea 90 patients as the research object,using the random number table method is divided into conventional treatment group,the normal time evodia rutaecarpa meridian sticking group,the meridional lingers MaoShi evodia rutaecarpa meridian sticking group,30 cases in each group.Conventional treatment group given positive control infection,keep breathing,stable internal environment,improve microcirculation,maintain water and electrolyte acid-base balance,and routine nursing measures,and to the bifidobacterium triple viable capsules(from Mr Kang,Shanghai sym pharma co.,LTD.,approved by S10950032)after a meal and a half hours of oral or nasal feeding,2 each time,3 times a day,7 days for a cycle;The acupoint application group was given acupoint application of Wuzhuyu Shenque at the routine treatment time(9:00-11:00),combined with the measures of the routine treatment group,7 days as a cycle.The moridian acupoint application group was given moridian Wuyu Shenque acupoint application(5:00-7:00)in the middle of 12 hours,plus the measures of the conventional treatment group,7 days for a cycle.The retention time of acupoint application was 6 hours,once a day,and the intervention was continuous for 7 days.The recovery of gastrointestinal function(the frequency of bowel sounds,the frequency and character of feces)and the effective rate of treatment were observed in the three groups.Results 1.Comparison of the recovery degree of bowel sounds before and after treatment:after treatment,the three groups were improved,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the acupuncture group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of stool frequency and character before and after treatment:the improvement of the conventional time acupoint application group and the extended time acupoint application group was better than that of the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment of the three groups had certain curative effect,the total effective rate was 93.3%in the poke group,83.3%in the conventional treatment group,and 86.7%in the conventional time point application group.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the POKE group was significantly better than the other two groups.Conclusion 1.Under the guidance of meridian flow theory,the effect of Wuzhuyu acupoint application in the treatment of antibiotic-related diarrhea in critical patients is better.2.In terms of improving the characteristics and frequency of bowel sounds and feces,the effect of Wuzhuyu acupoint application under the guidance of the theory of Ziwu flowing injection is more obvious.3.The acupoint application of Wuzhuyu under the guidance of the theory of meridian flow can be used as an optimal scheme for the clinical treatment of antibiotic-related diarrhea of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency in critical patients.Acupoint application in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea can achieve better therapeutic effect when the large intestine meridian is at its peak.
