Objectives:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Decoction of Baked Yellow Earth in preventing Delayed hemorrhage and promoting wound healing after Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD).Methods:To select the 36 samples of hospitalized patients who have contracted gastric mucosal lesions and then received ESD in our hospital from December 2020 to July 2021.And then,these experimental sample were divided into two groups randomly.The control group(18 cases)was treated with PPI combined with gastric mucosal protective agent for 6 weeks.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group(18 cases)was treated with Decoction of Baked Yellow Earth for 4 weeks from the second day after operation.The information of gender,age,length of hospital stay,wound area after ESD and the results of fecal occult blood test within 5 days from the second day after ESD were recorded.The ulcer healing rates of the patients in both groups were evaluated by gastroscopy 6 weeks after operation.Finally,the healing speed and quality of iatrogenic ulcer 6 weeks after operation and the positive times of 5 stool occult blood tests were compared between the two groups.SPSS25 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Outcomes:There was no statistical divergence in age,sex,length of hospital stay and postoperative wound area between the two groups(P>0.05).The ulcer area of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(0.92±0.37 vs 1.30±0.45,P=0.008).The ulcer healing rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.91±0.03 vs 0.86±0.07,P=0.012).The ulcer healing quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P=0.012).The results of fecal occult blood test 5 days after operation showed that the positive times of the experimental group were less than those of the control group(1.00(0.00,1.00)vs 2.00(1.00,3.00),P<0.05).Conclusions:The additional Decoction of Baked Yellow Earth after gastric ESD can effectively take precautions against Delayed hemorrhage,advance the healing speed and quality of postoperative wounds,and play a positive role in further improving the postoperative complications of ESD.It is safe in clinical use and can be generalized. |
