| Objective:To observe the effects of corneal contact lens and frame glasses on cognitive function of patients with depressive neurosis combined with myopia and patients with simple myopia,so as to provide some help for the treatment of patients with depressive neurosis combined with myopia.Methods:A total of 121 patients participated in this experiment.The patients were divided into depressive neurosis with myopia group(group A)(61 cases)and simple myopia group(group B)(60 cases).The patients were divided into four groups by simple random method.31 cases in observation group A and 30 cases in observation group B were tested for cognitive function under the corrective condition of frame glasses,and then they were tested for cognitive function under the corrective condition of corneal contact lenses after 2 hours of adaptation;30 cases in control group A and 30 cases in control group B were tested for cognitive function under the corrective condition of frame glasses,and continued to test cognitive function under the corrective condition of frame glasses after 2 hours of adaptation.To compare the cognitive function of the patients in the two optical correction states of frame glasses and contact lenses.Results:1.Group A comparison:the observation group had better cognitive function in 0-back time,1-back time,2-back time,3-back time,Stroop test positive vocabulary reaction time,negative vocabulary reaction time,neutral vocabulary reaction time,total vocabulary reaction time,and scores in contact lens correction state(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the cognitive function of the control group before and after the second frame glasses correction(P>0.05);In the second optical correction state,0-back time,1-back time,2-back time,3-back time,Stroop test positive vocabulary response time,negative vocabulary response time,total vocabulary response time and scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The increase rate of cognitive function in the observation group and the control group was better than that in the control group in 0-back time,1-back time,2-back time,3-back time,Stroop test positive word reaction time and negative word reaction time(P<0.05).2.Group B comparison:the cognitive function of the observation group was better in TMT test,0-back time,1-back time,2-back time,3-back time,Stroop test positive vocabulary response time,neutral vocabulary response time,total vocabulary response time,and scores in the contact lens correction state(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the cognitive function of the control group before and after the second frame glasses correction(P>0.05);In the second optical correction state,0-back time,1-back time,2-back time,Stroop test positive word reaction time,neutral word reaction time,total word reaction time and scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The increase rate of cognitive function in the observation group and the control group was better than that in the control group in 0-back time,3-back time,Stroop test positive vocabulary response time,neutral vocabulary response time,total vocabulary response time and scores(P<0.05).3.Comparison between group A and group B:In the frame glasses correction state,TMT test,DCT test,0-back time,1-back time,1-back accuracy,2-back time,2-back accuracy,3-back time,3-back accuracy,Stroop test positive vocabulary response time,negative vocabulary response time,neutral vocabulary response time,total vocabulary response time,The cognitive function of simple myopia group was better than that of depressive neurosis with myopia group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of 0-back test and Stroop test(P>0.05).4.A comparison of the difference between the values of cognitive function under frame glasses correction and that under contact lenses correction in observation group A and observation group B:The difference between frame glasses and contact lenses in TMT test,DCT test,n-back test and Stroop test of depressive neurosis patients with myopia and simple myopia patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with frame glasses,contact lenses can improve the cognitive function of depressive neurosis patients with myopia and simple myopia patients.2.Depressive neurosis will lead to the decline of cognitive function in myopic patients.3.The difference of cognitive function between contact lens and spectacles under correction,thatwas no difference between depressive neurosis patients with myopia and simple myopia patients. |
