| OBJECTIVE1.To investigate the status quo of obstetric nurses’ knowledge,attitude and behavior on sexual and reproductive health care and analyze their needs;2.To construct scientific and reliable nursing training courses;3.To verify the application effect of the constructed curriculum in the training of clinical obstetric nurses.METHODS1.Investigation on the status quo of sexual and reproductive health nursing knowledge,attitude and behavior of obstetric nurses and analysis of training needsThe mixed method was used to investigate 462 obstetric nurses’ knowledge,attitude and behavior of sexual and reproductive health care;Using the maximum variation purposive sampling method,a semi-structured interview was conducted with 12 obstetric nurses participating in the survey to analyze their training needs.2.Construction of sexual and reproductive health nursing training courseSearch relevant literature at home and abroad,sort out and summarize the first draft of curriculum items;Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted for 23 multi-disciplinary experts from various fields,and the course items and indicators were screened and adjusted according to the correspondence opinions,so as to form the final version of sexual and reproductive health care training course.3.Study on intervention effect of sexual and reproductive health nursing training course for obstetric nurses53 obstetric nurses were trained in a similar experiment and self controlled design.The scores of the scale of comparative health care knowledge,attitude and self-efficacy before and after the training were different,and the training qualification rate,satisfaction evaluation of teaching effect and satisfaction evaluation of obstetric nurses after the training were evaluated.RESULT1.Investigation on the status quo of sexual and reproductive health nursing knowledge,attitude and behavior of obstetric nurses and analysis of training needsA total of 550 questionnaires were distributed,478 were recovered,and 462 were effective.The results showed that the scores of obstetric nurses’ knowledge,attitude and behavior on sexual and reproductive health care were(12.47±3.52),(29.87±5.96),and(12.25±4.14),respectively.The results of qualitative interviews found that their training acceptance was high and their willingness to learn was strong,especially focusing on curriculum participation and practicality.2.Construction of sexual and reproductive health nursing training courseThe first draft of the course was designed based on literature review,and 23 experts were invited to complete two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.The results showed that the positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 95.83%and 91.30%respectively;The authority coefficient is 0.83;The degree of coordination is 0.421,0.328,0.220 and 0.452,0.360,0.245(all P<0.001).The final training course includes 4 first level indicators,20 second level indicators and 70 third level indicators.3.Study on intervention effect of sexual and reproductive health nursing training course for obstetric nursesAccording to the constructed course,53 obstetric nurses were intervened in online and offline training.It was found that all the training evaluation indicators of nurses participating in the training were qualified,and the satisfaction evaluation of teaching effect and satisfaction evaluation of themselves,colleagues and patients were high.The scores of obstetric nurses’ knowledge,attitude and self-efficacy about sexual health care before and after the training were improved and had statistical difference(P<0.010).CONCLUSIONThe training courses based on the status quo survey,qualitative interview,literature review and Delphi expert consultation in this study are scientific and practical,and the content setting is comprehensive and reasonable.The empirical research results show that the obstetric nurses’ knowledge,attitude and self-efficacy of sexual health care have improved after training,and the relevant theories and skills have also been strengthened.The overall teaching effect and satisfaction evaluation are good,which has certain reference value for future related education. |
