the application of data companies and Internet businesses in the medical field is in full swing.The digitalization of the medical field is reflected in the Internet +medical and health care,giving birth to the Internet hospital.Internet hospital is a hospital built on the Internet.Its essence is the integration of Internet and medical treatment.It breaks the time and space barrier,transforms the medical treatment behavior from offline to online,saves the time of patients and improves the efficiency.At the same time,online consultation,health management,chronic disease management and other businesses,so that the medical business wireless extension to all parts of the country.How to improve the value of Internet hospitals and how to promote the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China through the operation of Internet hospitals have become one of the key research topics in the field of Internet medical value enhancement.This thesis analyzes S Internet Hospital built by entity Y Hospital,takes value co-creation theory,knowledge synergy theory and core competitiveness theory as the core theories,and introduces the concepts of Internet hospital,value co-creation and value co-creation of Internet hospital to analyze the dimensions of value co-creation of Internet hospital.Then,through analyzing the competitive environment of S Internet hospital PEST analysis,consumer behavior analysis and SOWT analysis,the value co-creation strategy of S Internet hospital based on the construction of entity Y hospital is developed from the perspective of hospitals,doctors and patients.After nearly a year of strategy implementation,the problems existing in the operation of S Internet Hospital in value co-creation were summarized through questionnaire survey,literature reference and induction,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions were summarized.Through the research and analysis of this thesis,the value co-creation of S Internet hospital belongs to the value co-creation based on the service-oriented logic,and its main body is the Internet hospital,doctors and patients.The content of value co-creation of Internet hospital includes the improvement of patients’ self-efficacy cognition and responsibility,the quality service and knowledge output of doctors’ online medical treatment,the optimization and convenient service of online and offline medical treatment process,and the diversification and benefit of Internet hospital business.Hospitals encourage doctors to provide quality services,which positively improves patients’ satisfaction with medical treatment.Patients with good medical experience can correctly feedback their condition to doctors,which improves the efficiency of consultation and positively conveys valuable information to people around,so as to promote the growth of Internet hospital business and finally achieve value co-creation.
