Clinical Observation Of Pestle Needle Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In The Treatment Of Dry Eye Caused By Stagnation Of Liver Channel

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pestle needle combined with Qinggan Mingmu traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on dry eyes of stagnant heat of liver channel,so as to provide effective reference for clinical treatment of dry eyes.Methods:From 2021.01 to 2021.12,60 patients with dry eyes with stagnant heat of liver channel were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=60).The treatment group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and clubbing needle.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The changes of OSDI,IL-6,SIT,NITBUT,TMH,CFS,Lisamine green test and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatmentResults:There was no significant difference in the scores of OSDI,IL-6,SIT,NITBUT,TMH,CFS,risamine green test and TCM syndrome between the two groups Mbefore treatment,but the scores of OSDI,NITBUT,TMH,CFS,risamine green test and TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.The content of IL-6 in tears in the control group decreased significantly after treatment,and the content of IL-6 in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment.After treatment,the SIT of the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment,but there was no significant change in the SIT of the control group after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving all indexes of dry eyes after treatment,but there was no significant difference in SIT.between the two groups.Compared with the overall symptom curative effect of the two groups,in the control group,4 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%;in the treatment group,14 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The difference in curative effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pestle needle combined with Qinggan Mingmu traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is effective in the treatment of dry eyes with stagnant heat of the liver channel,which is worthy of being widely used in clinic.
