Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Periplaneta Americana Combined With Compound Phellodendron Liquid On Wound Healing After Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Periplaneta americana combined with Compound Phellodendron Liquid on Perianal abscess postoperative Wound healing.Method:Ninety-two patients with Perianal abscess who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with one case in each46 group.The control group was given Compound Phellodendron Liquid gauze change postoperatively,1 time/day;the observation group was given Periplaneta americana change on top of the control group,1 time/day.Perianal wounds pain score,wound secretions score,Granulation tissue growth score,wound area minification and wound complete healing time were observed and recorded at different time points after surgery in both groups,and the overall efficacy of the treatment was evaluated on the postoperative 28day.Statistical software SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the data,and then the conclusion was drawn.Results:The general clinical data(gender,age,surgical methodand initial wound area)of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05)and were comparable.Comparison of Wounds pain,Wound secretions,and Granulation tissue growth:there was no significant difference between the two groups on the first postoperative day(P>0.05),and on the third,seventh,and fourteenth postoperative days,the observation group scores were lower than the control group(all P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Wound area minification was higher in the observation group than in the control group on the 14th and 21st postoperative day(both P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The mean Wound complete healing time in the observation group was(23.78±4.356)days,while the mean Wound complete healing time in the control group was(27.22±5.625)days,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Overall efficacy comparison:the effective rate of both groups was 100%,the Cure Rate of the observation group was 89.13%,and the Cure Rate of the control group was 69.57%,the results showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Periplaneta americana combined with CompoundPhelloden dronLiquidcan significantly relieve Wound pain after Perianal abscess,reduce Wound secretions,promote Granulation tissue growth,and shorten Woundhea ling time,fully demonstrating the advantages of the TCM combination.
