Preliminary Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Endometrial Thermal Bulb Ablation In Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Objective:To investigate the effect of endometrial thermal bulb ablation in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:220 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who attended Nanchong Central Hospital between July 2017 and January 2021 and were treated with endometrial thermal bulb ablation using a TB-type endometrium instrument were selected and followed up by telephone after surgery for adverse effects and menstruation to analyze the efficacy and safety of endometrial thermal bulb ablation for abnormal uterine bleeding.Results:The efficiency of endometrial thermal bulb ablation for abnormal uterine bleeding is 95.9%and the amenorrhea rate is 68.6%.10 patients(4.5%)had their uterus removed after surgery,and the common postoperative adverse effects were vaginal fluid(82.7%)and abdominal pain(56.4%),and 4 patients(1.8%)had severe abdominal pain that could not be tolerated,and no serious complications occurred during or after surgery..Conclusion:endometrial thermal bulb ablation for abnormal uterine bleeding has good efficacy,no serious adverse reactions and complications,and is an effective,safe and feasible treatment.
