| Objective:To study whether CTP(CT perfusion)is an effective index of opening after intravascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation large vessel occlusion. Methods:Clinical data of 15 patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed in Shifang people’s Hospital and confirmed as acute occlusion of large anterior circulation vessels by improved cerebral angiography, including 9 males and 6 females, were examined by 64 row 128 slice spiral CT before and after intravascular treatment The postoperative parameter values and relative perfusion values, relative cerebral blood flow rCBF(relative cerebral blood flow),relative cerebral blood volume rCBV(relative cerebral blood volume),relative mean transit time rmtt(relative mean transit time)and relative time to peak rTTP(relative time to peak)were compared,The NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)score before admission and the NIHSS scores 24 hours and 7 days after vascular opening were recorded, and the changes of each parameter before and after intravascular treatment were analyzed.Results:1.There were significant differences in CBF(P=0.002),MTT(P=0.001)and TTP(P=0.001)in CTP parameters before and after vascular treatment, but there was no significant difference in CBV(P=0.30)before and after intravascular treatment.2.There was significant difference in rMTT(P=0.001),rTTP(P=0.001)and rCBF(P=0.009)before and after intravascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation large vessel occlusion. There was no significant difference in rCBV before and after intravascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation large vessel occlusion(P=0.41).3.There was significant difference in CTP parameters CBF(P=0.001),MTT(P=0.001)and TTP(P=0.001)between the affected side and the healthy side before intravascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation large vessel occlusion. There was no significant difference in CBF(P=0.975),CBV(P=0.706),MTT(P=0.730)and TTP(P=0.286)between the affected side and the healthy side after vascular treatment.Conclusion:1.CTP is an index of effective vascular opening after endovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke;2.Intravascular therapy can significantly improve cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute ischemic stroke;... |
