Objective:To investigate the anxiety and depression status of hospitalized patients with lung cancer and its influencing factors,as well as the correlation with life events and coping styles.Methods:207 hospitalized patients with lung cancer were included, and their demographic and clinical characteristics were collected.Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,Life Events Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire were used to investigate the patients, and the status quo of anxiety, depression and its influencing factors,as well as the correlation with life events and coping styles were evaluated respectively.Chi-square test,Wilcoxon rank sum test and variance analysis were used for classification variables, multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze related risk factors, and Spearman rank correlation analysis was used for continuous variables.Results:1.The incidence of anxiety in patients with lung cancer was 40.1%,mild 32.9%,moderate 6.3%and severe 0.9%.The incidence of depression was 42.5%,mild 40.6%,moderate 1.9%and severe 0%.38.6%of patients had anxiety and depression at the same time.2.Gender,smoking history, drinking history, inform about the disease, chronic diseases, negative events and total stimulation are related to anxiety of lung cancer patients(P<0.05),while gender, smoking history, drinking history, education level, caregiver, chronic diseases, duration of illness, tumor size, negative events and total stimulation are related to depression of lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that drinking history was an independent risk factor for anxiety in patients with lung cancer, and caregiver and chronic disease were independent risk factors for depression in patients with lung cancer.Age,marital status, residence, occupation status, number of children, pathological type,TNM stage, distant metastasis, number of metastatic sites, symptom classification, treatment plan, positive coping, negative coping and positive events had no significant statistical difference on anxiety and depression of lung cancer patients(P>0.05).3.Factor analysis of anxiety and depression showed that patients with lung cancer with T1 stage and duration of 13 to 24 months had more severe sleep disorder. The somatic anxiety of lung cancer patients with high school education is more serious.Sleep time of patients with lung cancer is negatively correlated with somatic anxiety and anxiety/somatization.Negative events and total stimulus are positively correlated with somatic anxiety,anxiety/somatization and mental anxiety.Conclusion:1.Anxiety and depression in patients with lung cancer are very common, mainly mild and moderate anxiety and depression, mostly in the form of somatization.2.Female,non-drinking,non-smoking and patients with chronic diseases are more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.3.With the increase of negative events and total stimuli, the degree of anxiety and depression in lung cancer patients increased, but anxiety and depression had no significant correlation with coping style.
