With the deepening of the national health system reform and the improvement of medical service level,health management has become an option for more and more people to monitor their own health level.With the increasing number of patients and medical data,more effective management of medical data has become an important demand of the medical service industry.With the help of Internet and computer technology,the application of printed Chinese character recognition technology in the field of machine vision to the information input of health management system can improve the statistical efficiency of medical data.It has value in terms of science and technology,medical treatment and economy.This thesis designs and implements a regional health management system based on PHP language,which manages medical data in different regions through access control technology.The function of identifying text areas in pictures and converting pixel information of text areas into text information is implemented to help medical workers manage data effectively.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)In this thesis,optical character recognition(OCR)algorithm is studied,and a text detection model based on connected text area network(CTPN)is implemented.The text recognition model based on Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network(CRNN)is experimented and analyzed on different datasets.Finally,a text detection and recognition model Chinese_Attention_OCR is obtained.The evaluation index of the model proves that the model performs well.It can meet the requirement of medical staff to quickly extract Chinese characters from pictures.(2)This thesis designs and implements the regional medical and health management system combined with the offline consultation,examination and other health service processes.The overall requirements,functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are confirmed.The system architecture is determined on the basis of demand analysis.The back end of the system adopts the larevel framework based on Model-View-Controller(MVC).There are two types of system roles:administrator,which can manage users,roles and privileges.And medical staff,who can register appointments and manage conclusion templates,reports,and general inspection reports.This thesis draws time series diagrams for each function module of the system,designs E-R diagrams for the entities and relationships involved in the system.The realization of the system function is completed,and the functional and non functional tests of the system are carried out.Finally,a comprehensive,efficient and safe health management system is realized.Doctors can obtain comprehensive patient information through the system,which improves the statistical efficiency of medical data. |
